This specialization seems to also add a defenders resolve proc to blade dance for my rogue tank, hope this is intentional!

1. Head to the South end of Searing Gorge and enter Blackrock Mountain.
2. As you enter the main chamber, head left down the circular pathway.
3. When you come to the meeting stone for Lower Blackrock Spire, turn left and head up the hallway.
4. Watch out for level 54-ish mobs and take the first right in to a small room.
5. You will see two copies of the book laying on the floor.
*One is next to a pair of mobs. Another is in a small nook where you may safely loot the book without pulling aggro.

This rune will do nothing for Meta tanks right?

My point for this is there is no real way to get def currently that I have seen on cloth gear.

You can solo it as any class even if you're underleveled.
1. Go to the zone during Blackrock Eruption event. Avoid high level mobs, let other players run before you so you can safely get into Blackrock Mountain.
2. Run into the room with the book and die.
3. Corpse run, resurrect and pick up the book.
When the event is active, you get Drained of Blood buff after death, during which mobs don't aggro and you don't enter combat. You can even run out of there and keep your life if you're quick.

Why is this class restricted? Every class should use it even hunter. As a range hunter I've only my Rune de Spécialisation Armes à distance and want to use the Rune de Spécialisation Défense as well.
I've tried to use it by putting it on the BoA-ring Anneau de messagerie from Administration commerciale d’Azeroth, sent it with the rune to a lv.1 Paladin, use it and then send it back to my hunter but the evil postman has removed the rune from my ring. :-(
