Loot Wolfskieferknochen from Wolf mobs (Coldridge Valley is a good location)

Use the reagents on Shimmer Ridge and kill the summoned demon

Obtain Ominöser Foliant from Voodoo Trolls in Echo Isles

Loot Makrurabein from Makrura mobs

Loot Schädel eines Kul Tiraners from Kul Tiran mobs in Tiragarde Keep

Use the reagents on the summoning circle near Zalazane and kill the summoned demon

Use the reagents on the summoning circle at The Slaughtered Lamb Inn in the Mage Quarter in Stormwind and kill the summoned demon.

Receive Die Kugel von Soran'ruk from Doan Karhan in South Barrens (49, 57) This will require you to loot 3x Soran'ruk-Fragment and 1x Großes Soran'ruk-Fragment.

Once you have looted these items. Return to Doan Karhan and turn the quest in.

Recieve the follow-up quest Gerüchten zufolge, this will ask you to find Kugel von Des, and Alteks Zweig.
Kugel von Des can be found at the top of the Tower of the Ilgalar in Redridge Mountains. This will either require a group, or very particular pet management to lure the elite away while you loot.
Alteks Zweig can be found at the top of the Tower of Althalaxx in Darkshore. Again, this will either require a group, or very particular pet management to lure the elite away while you loot.
Return to Doan Karhan in South Barrens (49, 57) once completed and turn the quest in.

Accept the follow-up quest Die Beschwörung, This will require you to loot 10x Blut der Legion.
Blut der Legion Can be found by slaying Mannoroc-Peitscher, Sengende Höllenbestie, Teufelswache, and Legionshund at Felfire Canyon, South-East Ashenvale.
After obtaining the blood, locate the altar in Demon Fall Ridge south of Felfire Canyon. The altar is near the obelisk dedicated to Grommash Hellscream. You will click on this altar to begin a summoning ritual, waves of demons must be defeated while standing inside the summoning circle. (It is currently speculated that you must Seelendieb on the waves of demons to trigger the next event).
After you complete the waves of demons, will appear from the portal.

Receive Geheimnisvoller Reisender from . This will require you to report back to Doan Karhan in South Barrens (49, 57).

Return to the Barrens and turn in the quest to receive the final step, Raszel Ander which will grant you Metamorphose. Congratulations!

Westfall - Pickpocket the Defias in Westfall until you receive an envelope. Inside the envelope should be a note and a key. The note will show your next destination and the key will unlock a chest at this location. The Rune will be found within this chest.

Loch Modan - Pickpocket Dark Iron Dwarves in Loch Modan until you receive a Dunkeleisenschließkassette, which Requires Lockpicking Level 1.

Darkshore - Kill Naga at Cliffspring River Cave in Darkshore until they drop a key. At the end of the cave, there will be a ledge with the three mob pack and a chest that contains the rune.

Then up on the hill is a wooden camp area. There is a gunpowder bucket at 61.78, 45.80. Click it to blow it up, and then you can open a chest and receive Klingentanz

This rune is sold by Grizzby, located in Ratchet. In order to purchase this rune, Grizzby will require you to complete the following pre-quests.
Schredderturbolader - You will need to bring Grizzby 16 Schredderturbolader. These are acquired by using Automatische Bergungseinheit Schredder on Venture Co. Shredders in the Windshear Crag, Stonetalon Mountains.

Verordnung der Dunkeleisenzwerge - You will need to bring Grizzby 20 Verordnung der Dunkeleisenzwerge. These are acquired by slaying Aufrührer der Dunkeleisenzwerge in North Loch Modan, or Scharfschütze der Dunkeleisenzwerge and other Dark Iron dwarves in North Wetlands.

Fischöl - You will need to bring Grizzby 24 Fischöl. These are acquired by slaying murlocs in Hillsbrad or Wetlands. You may also use the Auction House as these items are fairly common.

Durotar: Players will find a Galvanisches Symbol at (/way 52.07, 62.5 or 51.7, 56.4) in Durotar. They will then need to kill 10 enemies with Blitzschlag.

Silverpine Forest: Mystiker der Moderfelle in Silverpine Forest drops Verfalltotem, which when used summons a level 15 Elite. The Rune drops from this Elite.

Mulgore: At the Bael'Dun Digsite southwest of Thunder Bluff in Mulgore you can find a chest, Artefaktlagertruhe. To open it you will need to loot Artefaktlagertruhenschlüssel from nearby Dwarves. Inside you will find Schwefliges Symbol.

Durotar: East of Razor Hill is a Eingefrorener Makrura trapped in ice inside a small hut. Use Fire spells to stack a Fire Damage debuff five times, then Schwefliges Symbol can be looted.

Westfall: Dropped by Plünderer der Defias in Westfall.

Loch Modan: Found in a hut on the northern island in Loch Modan (South Hut on top island look for stack of books).

The Barrens: Can be looted from the Kolkars Beute chests in The Barrens, which has three locations: 44.3, 37.7, 52.8, 41.8 and 43.0, 23.5. You will need to loot Beuteschlüssel der Kolkar from Kolkar mobs in the zone to open the chest.

Silverpine Forest: Dropped from Lehrling von Dalaran in Silverpine Forest.

Massenregeneration

Head to Raven Hill in western Duskwood. Go into the north eastern crypt, head down and take a left into the first big room. Close to the entrance there will be an object that you can interact with that will contain a Schwächelndes Phylakterium.

Exit the crypt, and instead head to the crypt in western Raven Hill. Go down and take a right into the room that has a stone throne.

In the room you will find Schlummernde Knochen that you can use the Phylactery on. This will summon a level 25 Elite Lich that casts Banish. This elite drops Zaubernotizen: Massenregeneration.
