If it just isn't working to get this to drop, try soloing Interrogator Vishas (First boss in GY). After over 50 runs it wasn't dropping for me. I got it on the first kill with soloing Interrogator Vishas.

Just solo the first two mobs apart. Then I Mind Soothed the two mobs on the left (not sure if that was necessary). DoT'd the add with the boss to pull them into the hallways, let Homunculi tank boss while I killed one add, then killed the boss.

At 50, both scrolls (this one and Shadowfiend) are a 100% drop from the 2 bosses in Sm graveyard (both are very easy at 50)
