Seems Farmer Getz got several spawn points. I remember from the first character I leveled I found him in the middle of the field as mentioned above, however, this time he was standing in the little house east of the field (around 36,40).

I found Getz in a house right next to the cow barn (somewhat northish) at 36,39. So far from my reading, he's either:
- In the field near that loc
- In the cow barn near that loc
- In the house near that loc

Farmer Ray I found in the doorway of the house where you give Stanley the Elixer of whatever.

If you are having trouble locating them, try typing /target farmer ray and /target farmer getz as you move about the camp, and then mark them with a raid icon.. easier to spot them this way when you look for a giant skull.

Hillsbard Famers and Farmhands are around the fields, Farmer Ray is outside a barn, next to a dog/wolf named "Stanley", and Farmer Getz for me, was in a barn with some footmen.

The exp reward for the entire chain is 15450, or about half a level in your mid 20s.

They were easy to find, and easy to get with a warlock. The only ‘hard part’ was the level ?? alliance guys guarding the field :-P

Getz does not just spawn in the barn. i sat n WATCHED him spawn in the middle of the field. So take ur pick. and be watchful.

As you are looking at the 3 fields on the map, everything you will need for this part will be around the middle one. Farmer Getz is in the small house and Farmer Ray - in some strage building I have no idea what its function should be, a little north the road. Farmhands and farmers - all over the place.

For a paladin, Judgement of Justice is a must, because the mobs run at 15% and usually bring their buddies...in big amounts.

Found Getz in the middle of the field nearest the small "cliff." Don't remember where I found Farmer Ray, but I do know he was not in a house.

Was able to solo this as a 21 warlock.

This was pretty easy with my druid because if any ran away i would shoot magic at it or use engangling roots. And when i needed to go for farmer Ray and Getz i would turn into a cat and stealth to them.

This quest is simple if you are in the right level. What you need to do is go to Hillsbrad Fields and go to the northern section of that area and you will be able to find all the farmers and farmhands you need to kill. Farmer Ray is in one of the houses at the northern edge of the fields and Farmer Getz in the middle of a field of trees surrounded with farmers. Just be careful not to aggro too many farmers.

i have a serious question, if you type in /target farmer ray/getz. do they get targeted automatically, or does the types command jsut part of targeting them? in ohter words do the intended targets get marked autolatically, or do you jhave to mark them yourself? i'm learning some valuable info about playing WoW. i'd appreciate it if oyu or anyone can help me understand the your target concept better.

Ray spawns at what know either inside the big house (2nd floor) or in the garden thingy to the east of it.

Getz spawns at what i know 3 locations. Either in the barn, the small house or out on the second and middle field.

Found Ray East of northern most house in a little garden thing.

Getz was in the barn to the south of the house, it says in description that they are in the northern most part of farm so stick to there.

Found Ray in the house, second floor, I think it was the hosue with the dog in front of it, could be wrong. Getz was in the field with all the trees. Not the first field when you are coming in from the north but the field south of the barn. Whole mission took all of 15 minutes.

Found Getz in the farm house behind the 2nd field(the one on the hill above the field u first see when u look from the road to/from Silverpine Forest).Found Ray not too far in the house with the dog house next to it.I found the dead body of Ray in the same house on the bed but then he respawned at the door of the house.So ya, he does move around.

I found Getz in the big field near the back, if you look on your map, it's the northern most field. He dropped a blue item, Silver-lined Belt (leather). Just pull away the other farmers one by one so you can get to him. If you get more than one, polymorph one, then kill them off. Soon you can pull Getz. The other farmer was on the side of the house that you can see above the northern most field on the map. Do the same thing to get him, pull, polymorph adds, boom done. The other farmers and farmhands are all over the place. Easy as pie.

right over on your left there is LINKS/Cosmos. Go there and download. once it's installed you have many new front-end features, the best is /tloc which shows your x,y under the minimap and on the main map, which matches all the comments on this site

Part 1: Kill the farmers and some workers! one of the farmers is in a house another is in the middle of a field.

Part 2:Kill some cowardy peasents! There all south of where the farmers are or around the town hall building.

Part 3:Kill the blacksmithers There outside the town hall building. The blacksmither that you have to kill (Not the apprentices) is on the north side of the building and the iron is inside the blacksmiths

Part 4: The mine is just below the hillsbrad farms. It is lvl 25-31 npc's the guy you need to kill is far inside the mine and is standing on a wooden stage. when he dies a bunch of dwarf's (lvl 30) try and kill you

Part 5:The dwarf's hollow mountain hold is east of southshore. (south east of Tarren mill) there lvl 27-32 ELITES! this you will need a part of 3+ unless your above the level of 26

Part 6:The easiest bit! Make your way to the undercity, Royal quater. the letter needs to be handed in to the demon guy standing next to lady Sylvanas WIndrunner.

AND THATS ALL! the rewards are nice if you havent got a good shield sword or cloth item.

i tried /target getz, i ussually do that in quests but it didnt show, and he was right inside the barn that was right next to me! check inside the barns. it might help, instead of just trying /target *name* though it ussually helps

Ray is found in Northern most corner and Getz found just southeast of Ray, the house that ray is in has a really small timber wolf infront of it

Farmer Ray is inside a little house which is just outside a huge barn, he has a farm er in the house with him and one guy outside but other than that he's fairly easy. Farmer Getz is just north of farmer ray he's inside a larger house, he's standing in the doorway..

This series of quests is best done in a group. Not because the mobs are high lvl but because at peak times there is total pwnage going on! Loads of people waiting for respawns so if you are in a group there is a better chance of one member getting the first shot in and claiming the mob otherwise you could be in for a lot of hanging around!

I tried to get to the fields and was attached by a lot of PVP, which made it impossible to get there. How do you get into Tarrin Mill w/o dying all the time. Is this a Horde Quest.

I found farmer ray spawning in the northernmost building and in the pavillon south to it, farmer getz was in the stable-building a bit to the southeast of the building of farmer ray

when i did the quest after patch 1.10 farmer ray was in the house and getz was in the field with all the other farmhands and farmers, cosmos wasn't working i don't know why is it because of the patch?

I was doing this quest and went in the house to kill Farmer Ray. There was a farmer at the bottom of the steps so I started to kill him. When he got to low HP he tried to run, but I figured he couldn't escape in time since I had him cornered. He started running into a corner and poof! He walked through the wall!
All I said to my guild was ":O". It made me laugh. XD

And I'm sure he ran through the wall because he came running through the front door. lol

i found the two special farmers each in the houses near the two northernmost fields. if you're a low level, just watch out for the guards along the road. the rest is pretty easy, and maybe are these two farmers even the easiest of the whole quest.

solo'd it as a lvl 24 hunter without any problems.

I found Farmer Getz in the house south of the one Farmer Ray was in. This is the second from the top house at loc 36,38.

Farmer Ray is easiest found if you complete the Elixir of Pain quest first. His dog Stanley will have a marker on your mini map.

i was a level 20 mage w/ a level 25 rogue, fairly easy the only problem is trying to find the farmers, which isn't actually that much of a problem as Ray is usually is in his house.

Farmer Getz = 35,40 at the Apple trees field.
Farmer Ray = 33,35 at the Grape vine (Well, looks like a Vine for me lol, with some Pumpkins), and 33,35 inside the House near the vine...

Saying coords might help a little, but hey - i think description would be almost better this time.

Oh, well, both Ray and Getz is on the NORTHERN part of hillsbrad fields, however they do spawn in different areas each time. Mostly, they're in houses or in other recognizable places (such as just outside an house) - but do NOT be fooled! Sometimes they're not. I just found Getz in the middle of the most northern field, while i thought he were in one of the houses.

However, as i said, search the northern part of Hillsbrad Fields for both of those.

Some folks post map coordinates, but the WoW maps I have seen do not have scales. So where do you find maps with scales so that the coordinates mean something?

Completed this quest at level 42 and reputation gain with Undercity was only 10, not 100.
Not sure if this is affected by level (shouldn't) or the information on this page is wrong.

Ray is at the northmost house (33/34) and Getz is in the barn just southeast of it (34/37). Hope this more up-to-date post helps.

Travel west. Raid the northernmost farms of Hillsbrad Fields. Make sure that the landowners, Farmer Ray and Farmer Getz, are executed as well.
