This is the start of the 2011 Hallow's End quest-chain. It seems to be obtainable from the main inns in the 2 capitol cities. (Valley of Strength - Orgrimmar / Trade District - Stormwind).

Just a warning: Make sure you don't have the quest "Call of Duty" or the courier won't show.

The name of the quest giver in Orgrimmar is "Edgar Goodwin" and is located in the Inn of Valley of Strength just inside and around the wall to the left

Similarly to the post above, for alliance there's NPC called "Anson Hastings" in Stormwind's The Gilded Rose inn, right next to the trade district.

E: Apparently there's one in the Dwarven District too called "Hudson Barnes". Inside the Golden Keg inn.

this quest chain and the end reward creepy crate are a reference to Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets.
the second quest in the chain requires you to follow the spiders

the cabin is a pain to find when its your first time, when you have collected the quest, which is in the building next to gamon, go out into durotar, bring up your map and there should be a quest marker, if not, just go out of orgrimmar into durotar, and keep to the left also the cabin is in bladefist bay, in durotar

In the Ruins of Lordaeron, questgiver Candace Fenlow (https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/npc=53763) has a reference quest, "A Friend In Need" (https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/quest=29431) that sends you to Edgar Goodwin (https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/npc=54141) to start this chain.

Okay so I've been trying to figure out how to get this quest, and the pet box.

Do I need to start the https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/npc=53763 quest from Candace Fenlow during Hallows End to get it? or can I complete it anytime?

Cause i dont see Edgar Goodwin in org at the location he's supposed to be at.

I don't have "Call of Duty" quest yet when I ran around the cabins the message "Quest Completed" displayed. My quest log also says the quest is completed. Yet I never saw an Orc body, even where the screenshot shows it. The ? symbol remains over the ship but there's nothing there for me. Bugged!
