This quest ~~unlocks the vendor .~~ He spawns after you start the second "faction"'s (Druids of the Talon OR Shadow Wardens) dailies, but the player cannot purchase his wares. The items have the red text, "Requires Additional Armaments Completed". He is affiliated with the Thorium Brotherhood, ~~but I have not confirmed whether or not your standing with the faction affects his prices.~~

Confirmed: I am exalted with the Thorium Brotherhood and have Pechincha from guild level 24, and all of his stuff is 30% off the base price!

i turned in the armaments quest first and received one of the two dailies every day. yesterday i completed the filling the moonwell quest and now today i have no armaments daily. o.O

can anyone confirm the armaments dailies stop once you complete the other steps?

Upon completion, shows up on - not gracefully mind you - has a little chat with , and heads to the Molten Front.

says: Ow! Well I guess that prototype didn't work, either.
says: Good timing, Ricket. <name> says they need your expertise on the Molten Front.
says: Oh goody! Time to fight fire with...highly flammable weapons grade explosives!

There will be a goblin Ricket which offers an extra daily (reward 2marks) after complete this stage

...and after the follow-up takes you to speak to her. It looks like you don't have to complete Well Armed before you can get her daily, it's possible you don't even need to accept the quest, but why would you not?

You may remember her from such places as The Storm Peaks (Ricket) and Deepholm (). At the Molten Front she's one of three places (, , or ), depending upon her daily quest. Two of her four possible quests require you first to complete or that day, and you can choose only one, so choose wisely.

BTW, the other options at this level of progression are (unlocks a daily and an associated achievement), and (unlocks free food, and lets you progress through the quest chain (which yields 10 Marks of the World Tree one time only)). Of course all three unlock vendors. If the goal is to do everything, and then go for the Pedra Calcinada in Tesouro de Zen'Vorka, the best order is probably Calling the Ancients, then Additional Armaments, then Filling the Moonwell.

I thought this had bugged out tonight because, after getting A Bitter Pill 5 days in a row, Ricket had nothing for me. I then completed all initial dailies, chose The Forlorn Spire, and she was waiting there with Bye Bye Birdie. I assume she would have been at the other hub with the third quest had I chose that after the initial dailies.
