This will be part of the questline for the updated Zu'Gurub dungeon. It provides you with various bling for your bank alt.

The quest turn-in chest is inside the torso cavity of the statue on the island next to Booty Bay; fly in the arm hole.
You receive all of the listed items when you turn in the quest.
All but the Black Ice can be sent to a bank alt to wear (or sold on the AH, etc.), as the Black Ice is a BOP ring.. but it vendors for 100g if you're not a RPer.
The crown and bracelets are both actually visible without inspection. The Golden Necklace, being sold for just 10.37g AND being invisible without inspection, is probably worth the least to most people.
By quick math, the quest rewards 165g 58s and 87c in items (if you sell it all). The 9g 40s from the quest itself brings the total to 174g 98s 87, or roughly 175g.

EDIT: And the Black Ice IS visible, just not from the dressing room.

One of the places you can teleport (with error) using A Última Relíquia de Argus is inside this statue. I'd seen the chests in there before, but didn't know that they would ever be used. After completing this quest, I teleported... and ended up on some island off of the Barrens. Fortunately it's a quick boat ride away!

The ring awarded from this quest is in fact visible, but it cannot be previewed. The item pretty much gives an enchantment that is a big diamond on your finger.

Any reason I should keep any of this for alts? Maybe enchant the head or something?

The treasure chest is inside the goblin statue. The entrance is in his left arm (or what's left of it).

I love the last 3 words when your about to turn in this quest 'Loot at last' couldn't of put it better myself

This quest reward is to attempt to compensate for the group failing at Jindo's mechanics...resulting in wipes and repair bills. Not a daily or repeatable so bring good people next time!

So, being pretty self explanitory I didn't wowhead this quest until after turn-in. I did, however, look up the rewards to try to simplify my choice... I spent about 10 minutes reading up on all the reward 'options' before I decided. When I alt+tabbed over to WoW to turn in, I clicked on my choice and quickly '/facepalm'd when I realized you receive ALL.... Just thought I'd share my n00b moment with anyone who wants a good /chuckle

Once you complete this last part, does the Gurubashi Arena daily re-appear? I've completed everything (I think) up to no longer being shadowed by Bwemba...

good loot but whatever I try I cannot see the bracelets.
I`ll just keep the ring as a reminder of my troubled times in zul grub.
BTW I like zul grub and zul amman way better then the hot dungeons just for the looks and sounds.
