Você pode fazer isto enquanto montado mesmo, até porque eles são bastante rápidos.

All you need to do is stand in front of one and let it run right next to you to get it done.
You don't even need to dis mount to get it done. :)

Can be a bit confusing if you don't know what you're looking for.
Look for a "ghostly white deer" in the area.

You can use your flying mount to get them.

Catching a spirit buffs you with 30 seconds of Presença de Malorne, useful if you want to kill mobs in that area anyway.
After completing the quest, you can find the next time you return to the Sanctuary of Malorne (for the rest of the day) and you can right-click him to receive Presença de Malorne with a 3 minute duration, still only one charge though.

On a busy server I did this quest by figuring out where they spawned and just camping there until 3 showed up. If you fly around they might not draw on your screen before someone else snags them.

Let me explain how to do this quest in plain English.

(1) You goal is to stand in front of the ghost deer that are near the Sanctuary. You cannot target the deer in any way. You can't grab them or click on them and you don't use the staff for it. The staff is for the follow-up quest.

(2) If you try to fly around and land in front of the deer you will go crazy. All the deer run fixed routes. The best strategy is simply to observe where a spawn point is and camp it. This way you can't miss them. The deer spawn about once a minute. If you can't figure out a spawn point just watch the route they run and stand somewhere on it and hope no one gets it before you.

(3) You can be mounted or in druid flight form. But you must be right in front of the deer. Close to it doesn't count.

They spawn at several points in that area. One spawn point I found was 33,59.

I just waited there and they spawned on me. I moved a tiny bit to go "through" them and it caught them.

Not sure why you are downrating spawn coordinates. :/

These spirits will show up on the minimap for hunters using Track Beasts.

Typically, you get this quest with a couple of others, and at least one of them will require that you kill some sort of mob. Perhaps to get scales. Perhaps to howl over a dead body. Or perhaps just as part of a body count.

I went to 34,64.2, which is at the top of a path and where a 1-2 Charred Flamewardens will be communing with some sort of flaming orb.

While fighting one of them, one of these ghostly deer runs through me.

The respawn rate for these Charred Flamewardens is about 20-30 seconds. Sometimes, the respawn of the second will overlap the respawn of the first, and you just kill, kill, kill, while, about every 40 seconds a deer will run through you.

In the course of killing 6 or 7 of these Charred Flamewardens, 3 of the deer ran through me. No chasing, and no running after things to kill. In less than a couple of minutes I had 2 quests done.

Note that rogues cannot be stealthed when doing this.

This quest was kind of a pain to chase down the deer just to watch it get nabbed by another person. I figured out a nice spot to stand at though. (33, 59) It is located between a mound and a tree. Hope this helps (: good luck

Oh boy, this quest is extremely annoying if you only got 150% flight speed. They run as fast as you can fly, so your best bet is to observe the ghosts are running (they don't seem to run around randomly) and just sit in their path and wait.

if u stand at 35.58 between the trees u get all 3

As many others mentioned, don't try and chase the deer around. It will just drive you crazy.

The key is to find a spot that they run through. One of those spots is around 33.5 59.5. It's between two little mounds and a tree.
Stand there and think like a linebacker. The key is to be in front of them as they run around. Another nice thing about this location is that there are Charred Flamewalker spawns around there, so if you stand there you can almost continuously get the buff from the deer that gives you 100% crit for your next attack and kill your Flamewalkers quick (for the quest where you need the Flamewalker scales).

Also, while there are many fun things to do in WoW while drunk, this is not one of them.

This quest doesn't seem to work when mounted on the Halloween brooms. Works fine on regular flying mounts.

If you idle at exactly 33.60, 64.18 you will very rarely get attacked and get all three in less than 3 minutes.

[Spirit fragments of Malorne - seen to us mortals as ghostly white deer - still frolic through these forests. While Malorne is no longer with us, these pieces of his spirit may be of use to us.

Travel east and walk among the trees. If you are able to get close enough to one of the spirit fragments, it will bestow its power to you.
