If you accept this quest while unmounted don't follow Brann because he'll walk slowly and then call you dumb for following him

Unfortunately it is not possible as a rogue to stealth your way in to turn in the quest as you have to kill the first boss in order to get to him.

Bummer too cuz i'm 107/108 as well and I already did the vulture quest...

I abandon this quest thinking it was broken. How do I get it back? Cause now I'm stuck at 107/108 and yes I did the mangy heyna and condor quests

For those wondering, no this quest isn't really for those trying to solo. Your first encounter is with 3 elite 85's. The good news is they are only 309K hp each, the bad news is the next mob has 619k hp. Oh, they all pretty much gang up on you at the same time. Have fun!

Huh what? I don't remember any ambushes or elite NPCs to kill during this quest, just a silly pun about brann being slow as hell.

Though for a moment I thought that may happen thanks to what he said:

"Brann Bronzebeard says: Stay close, now! Ya never know when Deathwing's agents might be swoopin' in and puttin' an early end to our quest!"

So how do you actually complete the Quest? I enter the dungeon, turn a corner, and am met by four lvl-85 elites. I'm good, but not THAT good!

You need to do the dungeon in order to turn in this quest, so as soon as you accept it you can just leave and do other stuff.

Stealthies might be able to solo turning in the quest, but that's kinda pointless.

All I found from poking around more is that killing the snakes in the pit is a bad idea, lol.

This comment is in response to my post "Far as I can tell you can't stealth to complete it. I find I can go as far as Temple Guardian Anhuur, then no way to continue to the rest of the dungeon. Haven't done the dungeon but am assuming you need to defeat him to get acccess to the rest of the instance. I will keep snooping and update if I find otherwise, but unlikely." Guess the comments got separated at some point.

Is it just me, or have other people had trouble with their maps after picking this quest up? Like your whole Uldum maps goes blank and I have no clue howto fix it..

So I'm guessing if I'm playing solo (I am), this is where this quest line ends? (as I'm no way near powerful enough to kill these elites in this dungeon).

I got this at lvl 84 so ofc I couldn't do it
So I had to farm things and go into bgs until I was lvl 85 ^-^ Hiphiphooray

I'm not sure where all the "I can't finish the quest achievement thing" comes from. I had gotten the achievement 2-3 quests even before I got the Thousand Years achievement. In other words, not only did I not need to finish this quest for the achievement, I seem to have done even more than needed, and all I ever did in Uldum is follow breadcrumb quests. Never once did I go looking for a quest.

get past the 85 Elites to get to Brann and the Quest?

Could someone please tell me how to complete this quest? I'm an 85 DK but I CAN'T take on five 85 elites and win. Any clue how to get past these guys? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

OK, I am a Level 85 Warrior-Fury. I am stuck at 93 / 105 quest to Achievement Complete Uldum. So Brann gives me a quest to meet him in the middle of a dungeon. We are not sheep, sent to be slaughtered! Surely, there is a furtherance of questing in Uldum? Will anyone answer where questing can be picked up to complete Uldum?

It looks like the Uldum quests end here.
I hate when the chain ends in an instance that no-one can solo at the level.
(I went back to Orgrimmar and picked up another quest chain from the notice board in the Valley of Honor.)

P.S. When I checked, it appears I have already completed the 105 quests needed for the Achievement. So this is genuinely a dead end.

I followed the guy at the slow beginning and the when he started to run i mounted and then he disappeared and said that he would meet me there. Ofc he didn't and i have to walk past some mobs but i die. What should i do?

Yeah, I'm really confused with this particular quest.
I am currently 102/105 off the 'Unearthing Uldum' achievement, and I am at the point where I have to go into the Halls of Origination to do the quest to meet up with Brann in the dungeon and essentially advance the quest further.

However, I eventually got a group yesterday together and did a run through the dungeon, I got to Bran at the door where he was waiting and unfortunately I didn't click accept on the quest quick enough and Brann just ran off and disappeared.
Once I had completed the dungeon I went back to the door (in the Hall of the Makers area) to find him butt he wasn't there.

Now I do not even have the 'The Heart of the Matter' quest in my quest log, I do not know how the quest disappeared at all, it should still be there because I didn't even get a chance to start the next part of the quest.

The next problem I am facing is how to actually get the 'The Heart of the Matter' quest to finish this annoying as goddamn hell quest. So, what I have done is I went to the places where I received the aforementioned quest and in both places (the Oasis and The Temple of Uldum) I cannot take the quest at all. While Brann and Harrison Jones are there standing together, they are not offering me any quest.

Should I get a group together, and see if Brann will give me the quest in the dungeon?
