This quest is horrible. The mobs take forever to respawn and they're so spread apart that it took me almost an hour and a half to finish it...

As long as it's not overcrowded it's not too bad, near enough 100% drop rate (was 100% for me) completed in roughly 10 mins.

Better place to farm is the east side of the Halls of Origination. Had drops on Scryers and Raiders. Good Luck!

This quest is horrible for me. Killed at least ten of them and not one single drop. :(

These guys respawn way too quickly. 10 seconds to a minute. It's random. You'll end up killing the same guy in the same area a bunch of times.

My advice is to kill the two Neferset Cursebringers just south of High Priest Sekhemet. They respawn quickly and IME have a 100% droprate for the quest items.

best place to farm them is at
/way 50.55 78.78
there's 3 of them that spawn pretty fast, sometimes you may have to wait a second or two if you kill them fast enough.

I tried doing this quest while I was in a raid group, and the insignias would not drop. They dropped 100% once I left the group.

Respawn rate was insane. I figured it at about 10-20 seconds. I was in the midst of killing one when the one behind me respawned and came after me. Twas quite annoying. Drop rate was 100% though for quest items. I got all 10 off the first two guys just because of how insanely fast the respawn was.
