Aida is an opera by Verdi about an Ethiopian princess sold into slavery in Egypt. The allusions in WoW are usually pretty obvious, AIDA is Aida, not ADA, not EDI. The writers tend to be much more cultured than the players.

Someone could have just said to go SE to around 72,70 and find the A.I.D.A. terminal under a tent. After you complete this simple quest you get two more 1] A Disarming Distraction and 2] Core Access Codes.

How hard was that?
