A reference to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. The president of the galaxy, Zaphod Beeblebrox, has two heads (and 3 arms).

The cave is the second entrance as you enter the Ogre camp from Crushblow - it's not at top of the hill but in the bottom camp.

To locate the heads you need to firstly find their shoulders and then look up a little.

No but the freaking ogres are in the Den of Disciples second building next to the entrance to the south wich is next to the camp. Hope you'll find the comment useful :)

For the record this is an important hint/pointer for all of those who can't tell the difference between their head and their Ar$e. Location Location Location, we're generally great at explaining how but no one seems to remember to tell where.

The entrance to the cave is at 40.71. Had a heck of a time finding it.

It's a simple quest aside from finding the cave entrance. Two ogres need to be killed. Each has 2 heads, thus the four that are needed. Cave is empty aside from the two targets.

The entrance to the cave is NOT up the ramp where you detonated the box earlier.

It is to the left of the ramp, where the Twilight Ettin fight the Crushblow Defenders. There is a banner near the entrance of the cave which is visible from above

It took me quite a while to find where I was supposed to go, and unfortunately nobody here had said anything helpful; all a bunch of information of where the references came from.

In the lower part of the citadel is a cave... it doesn't really look like a cave, it has a building on the outside. I've included a screenshot for easier location. Inside are the target NPCs.

Seriously? The cave is not that hard to find. Just look for, well, a cave. Most likely at/near the base of a mountain type construct, perhaps with some rocks and things around it. In this case, the second possible entrance from the gate into The Twilight Gate. But, more importantly, this is the wholey most important reference in all of the game, galaxy or even real life! It's Zephod Beeblebrox, man! Only the coolest frood in the known universe! Sheesh...

Oh wait, I know...you were temporarily blinded by the aura surrounding the ultra cool heads! (The extra one, no doubt, to impress Trillian again.) C'mon Ford, let's blow this popsicle stand...

I loled hard when the mobs dropped 2 heads even tho, they were Ogres .. blizzard did some nice funny approach

i had the same problem, a bunch of gabledee gook here, who ever leaves comments should try to do a more accurate job, the location of this cave is at carbonite coord's 40.0,71.0
If your on your regular WoW map on a northwest diagonal line from the Horde Crushblow Flight path there is a bigger building icon then a smaller building icon its the smaller one is the entrance

I am not sure whether this quest is not tracked by Blizzard's API or if there is a bug on Wowhead Client, but it won't show as complete even though I have completed it.
