Blizzard UI quest helper shows an incorrect area at the moment. The actual area you want to kill mobs for the bag is the top tier at Verlok Stand. Verlok Shroomtenders and Grubthumpers both drop it.

Edit: Okay, found a Shroomtender in the marked area. However, they seem very scarce, and the easiest way to complete the quest is still to head to Verlok Stand, as there is an abundance of the quest NPCs there.

Blizzard decided to try something new and for once quest items are not a random drop.

Only Verloks that actually possess and use this item against you will drop this item.

If you fly around in your mount, land next to one, and the Verlok aggroed does not break his vial in the first 5 seconds, don't bother killing him, the Verlok won't drop the item. This means you don't have to spend lots of time killing things that won't drop the item.

I've tested this theory for about 5 times now. It's been 100% drop thus far, I'm confident about this.

To avoid pulling large mobs there is a shelf you can land on located at 70.9 23.3 that way you are able to pull 1 or 2 at a time not 5 or 6 :/ died 4 times before i found it

i recommand doing the previous posts method. at his coordinates, you will be able to aggro just 1, loot it and leave. the quest item is 100% drop rate. There are so many of the mobs, that if you land uin the middle you risk being overwhelmed, quickly.

It looks like now you need 5x of Sprinkle of Verlok Miracle-Grow to get the bag

Every Verlok I killed dropped 1 sprinkle

This daily quest seems to conflict with the daily jewelcrafting quest. When I went to Verlok Stand to farm it from s, there were none. Instead, there were a bunch of Verlock Shroomtenders and Crystal Gorged Basilisks. Very interesting; it seems that this zone is used for two incompatible dailies.

Both the NPC and the daily will only be unlocked if you have done this.

You are sure to loot a bag from one of the Verlok npc's if they grow after casting an abillity.
I have recived a bag everytime so far after they have used this enrage abillity.

Over many days, various times, and all my 85 toons, I have found that the Verlok Shroomtender located @ 67,32 almost always drops the Bag of Verlok Miracle-Grow. He's on his own little outcropping of rock at the very edge, you can't miss him.
