Tive um problema ao executar essa missão.
O pessoal que estiver fazendo e caso deixe o local
(como por exemplo ser chamado por uma masmorra, ou sair da área por outra causa)
Ela vai travar e não vai ter como completa-la.
A solução para ter continuidade desta, é abandonando e pegando novamente
(foi o que eu fiz e resolveu).
Pegue com o mesmo PNJ, Legionnaire Nazgrim.
Caso ele não esteja abordo, logout resolve!

Make sure you enter the cabin on the submarine before it dives - otherwise you will not get "Secure Tenebrous Cavern" part completed.

On a similar note, DO NOT go out of the bottom of the sub at any point during the transit. I accidentally did this during the squid part, and did not get credit.

If you miss the sub it takes about 3 mins for it to get back.

If you stand in the doorway that you used to enter while the sub is moving, something glitches and it makes you start swimming with a breath timer, even though you're in the sub still. Parts of the sub also disappear and you can see outside.

If you do go out the bottom and later return to the boat before it returns to the top. you will be transported to Tenebrous Cavern without completed the quest.

Just stay inside till you complete the quest.

I stood just outside of the door and got credit for both parts of the quest. Though it's probably a good idea to go inside.

I am unable to go in the sub. The door animation happens, but it doesn't actually open. There is always a solid wall with no way to get in. Neither parts of the quest will complete while riding on the deck. I've ridden both ways four times. Seems it's bugged.

The Verne (submarine in this quest) is a reference to Jules Verne.
The undersea journey is also a reference to Jules Verne's famous Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. And the Nautilus (submarine in the novel) also looks pretty similar to The Verne in this quest.

Im extreamly pissed at this quest, been doing it for over half an hour, apparently when im outside the boat im in the right phase to see the monster, but get no credit. however while INSIDE the boat i dont see any crew member or other players, i dont see a monster and still dont get credit. its exteamly annoying because im close to a lvl and close to having the 115 quests in the area done. also, if you stay close to the door up top, you might randomly die, so id stand back a few feet.

I stood in the water while the boat was arriving so I could get inside (doors weren't working.)
While inside, I managed to aggro Velskar and get oneshot. Now? My corpse endlessly travels on board the Verne.

It's fixed now! Hoorah! There's still the issue of a breath meter showing up depending on where you stand though, so be careful not to AFK on board.

This is... interesting.

I just did this a few moments ago. I did not make it inside before the door closed, rode the whole way there on the outer deck. Worked fine, got all objectives. The trip was visually stunning, though, and I wanted to get another look, so I abandoned the quest and took the flight... seahorse... back to the surface and got the quest again.

Second time, I was inside the Verne when we submerged. A few seconds later, Velskar the boss sea serpent clipped through the sides of the sub, oneshot me (205k overkill melee, no that's not a typo), and my corpse made the rest of the journey. Still got credit for both objectives, and now my mauled remains are dumped off onto the shoreline in the cavern.

Tonight, my boyfriend and I did this and we did everything we SHOULDN'T do. Ended up back at the ship with Nazgrim. If this happens to you, abandon the quest, grab it again, then COMPLETELY log out and log back in again - otherwise you'll end up seeing text announcing the submarine is there, but it will never actually show up!

What happened to Iyzrazilla is exactly what happened to me. This quest got me so excited so I went out of the ship to see the octopus monster again. Low and behold, I went back at the ship with Nazgrim. Full story and screenshots here: http://www.wowstability.com/full-circle-quest-bug-and-fix/

Well, in my case, I actually got in to the Verne, got credit for that, got credit for securing the cave, giving me quest complete.

Jewels, however, was nowhere to be found. It did not port me to the cave with him in it. Instead, I just rode the Verne around for a while before realizing nothing else was going to happen.

Exited the Verne through the water at the bottom, flew back to where the quest starts, hoping to just reboard the Verne, and the Verne never showed up.

Dropped the completed quest that I couldn't turn in, and got the quest again. Goblin announces that the Verne has arrived, and no boat. Drop the quest, get it again, nothing happens. Drop the quest, re-log, pick up the quest, nothing happens. Drop the quest, pick up the quest again, and the goblin announces that the Verne is almost there. This time it does show up, I get the quest objectives, AND get ported to the cave, and am able to turn the quest in.

I guess the morale of the story is, keep dropping the quest and picking it back up, re-logging every other attempt or so, until it works out.

This beta sure is expensive...

This thing is so bugged its unbelievable. One thing is making a monstrous gargantuan bug in the game another thing is having EVERYONE experience it via extremely annoying quest.

This is the current state of matters:
1. You can't enter the sub via door, it will open but you can't enter.
2. You can enter from bellow even though it has no visible opening, you can simply walk thru the wall. You can also leave like that at any time even tho the cap is shut.
3. A breath bar will randomly appear as if you're underwater.
4. Npcs inside appear on random, not that you can interact with them anyway
5. The ship sometimes just disappears lol
6. If you're anywhere near this thing chances are game will disconnect you from the server
7. Even if you manage to get onboard by walking thru the closed cap bellow it quest wont be completed.
8. The giant squid thats supposed to appear does appear, does some weird bugged up crap for few minutes making you wonder "wtf just happened" and disappears, quest wont be completed regardless.
9. If you wanna go back once you reach your pointless destination take the seahorse, it saves you 10 minutes of your life spent inside "Vern".
10. You cant mount up in the area around it (even when its not there) so if you're in water you gotta move away from it to get back on ship.

I myself spent half an hour of intensive WTFing in my pathetic attempts to complete the quest.

I just did this without a problem. Got on the sub, went down the levels to where #2 and the rest are, sat there til it took me to the cave, sat there til it went through the chit chat then it cut to me being inside the cave with quest givers and such. No bugs from what I see... they are right about the bottom of the sub being completely open if you drop into the little water section down there, I dropped down in it and almost lost the sub before getting back in lol

My quest was bugged, the ship didn't appear, but i found a solution, first i swam to the Tenebrous cavern myself and then i boarded the Alliance ship, istead of the horde one. And i got quest completed, after that i could turn it in, back at the Tenebrous cavern.

This quest is still completely full of buggy fail. It seems like the main problem is phasing, or lack thereof.

Also if you are a female tauren, have fun getting stuck just trying to get to the main cabin, especially if you are not a druid.

I guess 6 years of undercity elevator clipping didn't teach them anything. (see: orgrimmar zep towers on a low level)

This quest can be frustrating – lots of people get turned around. Here’s EXACTLY what you need to do:

1) Pick up the quest. Wait.
2) When the submarine transport shows up, board it (a connecting plank will appear).
3) Standing on the stern deck, go through the (only) door, leading you to the subs interior.
4) Proceed down to the second deck – all the way down to the bottom hold! There you will find a pool of water that is an exit access out of the sub.
5) THIS IS THE CRITCAL BIT: Stand next to the pool of water and WAIT! For the love of Gawd, don’t do anything. Don’t jump in the pool of water. Don’t exit the sub. Don't wander around, don't walk up the spirial walkway. Just sit down, shut up and let it happen. The whole thing takes about two very boring minutes…
6) Eventually, you ‘appear’ inside the cave that you so successfully ‘secured’ (yes, you’re awesome). Yellow question marks await…

Any deviation from the above instruction leads to one kind of fail or another. You’ve been warned….

If you are having trouble seeing Wavespeaker Valoren, read this!

A GM has told me that in a recent hotfix the quest Full Circle may need to be completed before being able to see Wavespeaker Valoren. It seems as of 1/12/11 she only appears in Nightmare Depths and has no more phasing issues.

Didn't seem so complicated to me. Went in and went all the way to the front of the ship, where the two chatting goblins are. From there, I could see the octopus as they fired upon it and got quest completed.
Why would anyone go anywhere that isn't a front row seat?

If you fall out the bottom of the boat, it will not let you complete the 2nd stage of this, even if you have the 1st and find the cavern. Just abandon, head back to The Stygian Bounty, and you'll be able to grab the quest again with 1st and 2nd stages incomplete.

Today I've had another type bug on this quest : what seemed to be a phasing problem.
Check the zone you're in on the label above your mini-map.
When it says "Stygian Bounty" you can see the Verne arriving near the boat. But as soon as you try to use the little footbridge, you switch zone and enter "the Shimmering Expanses" and there, the boat just disappear !

I used this work-around : I mounted up (flying mount ofc) and flew away from the stygian bounty in the opposite direction of the Verne position. I made the whole way round around the boat (to avoid zoning "in" the Stygian Bounty, and came back to the position of the Verne and Shazam ! there it was.

It "flickered" a few times (really strange when a whole structure just appears/disappears) but I was eventually able to step on it. The door was open, I could go inside. Once you arrive at destination, just exit the bottom exit in the water and you get the second part of the quest validated, all cool !

Had major issues completing this on a Tauren character. Height is an issue in the sub. My character couldn't get down the spiral staircase and down into the main part of the sub, so had to shimmie down the side of the ramp. Bad idea, since you can't get back up to the middle level/entry again if you aren't say.. Goblin height. Ended up with no credit and had to do the whole ride over again.

I'd recommend Tauren stay on the top level (near the bunks) to avoid these issues, then jump down to the main deck after completion to phase into the cavern. Worked like a charm second time around. No issues on any other alts, just my Pally. Assuming it's more to do with the floor/wall glitches, but more affected due to Tauren being so awkward in small places.

This quest was a bit of a pain. I boarded the Verne it took me to the cave and the squid was right in from of the ship. The game didnt register that I was on the Verne so I had to go all the way back to the ships and reboard ride it all the way back to the cave so I could finish the quest.

If you missed completing the quest, just wait outside the cavern for the sub to return. Re-enter the sub, and get to the cockpit, before they fire on the squid.

So, I finished the quest, didn't go in the cabin, but got credit for everything... I jump out once i am in that cavern..mount up on my seahorse so I can go grab the flightpath real quick....And it bugs out and ports me back to the shimmering expanse at legion's rest. Mount back up on my seahorse and just swam there on it....and I am unable to find the entrance now D: Anyone knows where it is? I don't have coordinates btw lawl

Currently unable to 'Secure Tenebrous Cavern". I board the ship, it does the cutscene, and I appear next to turn-in npc but never get credit for securing tenebrous cavern :(.

I failed at this like 4 times. I rode outside the boat, I stayed just inside the door, I stood on the 2nd level. Finally when I stood next to Jewels I secured the cavern.

I stood at upper deck, looking at the stairs when sub arrived. When it moved, (to avoid the pool of water) i went down the stairs and waited. Quest completed.

I went out before the Ozumat scene, so didn't get credit... I went outside the cavern, ran into the nose of the submarine and I was able to go into where the captain was to get credit for the "secure" part (wallhax?)... didn't need to go all the way back to the starting point to board the submarine.

I'd just like to add some (for me anyway) VERY useful data! I did this quest (Full Circle), and checked in my achievements, saw it was number 117/150. The problem was, i could not find anymore quests! i thought Captain Jewels Verne might have more, but he didnt.. I searched and searched and searched, and FINALLY! I went west of Tenebrous Cavern, on the east side of the huge shell creature in the western side of Vash'ir.. The quest givers name is Orako or something, and was able to get me going again. once i had done his quests, he sent me back to Tenebrous Cavern, and BOOM! 4 more quests to pick up :D

I literally lost all my nerves here..
I was doing that quest for almost an hour with no succes. Than I saw that there is another stairs to second floor. It's on the right when you enter submarine and after you get to the first floor.

I did everything as directed above, but I didn't end up spawning in the cavern. It seems everyone else left the submarine, and I rode the submarine, unattended in a loop twice because I couldn't get off it. The pool of water in the cabin ended up having a bottom to it after all and I couldn't get out that way either.

Eventually I went back up to the door to the submarine and just waited for it to open. After another full pass, it finally did, back up where I'd started in the first place. I bolted out of the submarine, only to realize I wasn't in the cave, but not in time to get back into the submarine before it made another pass. Thank God for the mission you have to do at the beginning to get underwater breathing.

So I rode the submarine outside and jumped off when I was close enough in the cave. I swam the last little bit and finally got to the quest turn in. Really glitchy today, maybe it's time for another patch?

So I did this quest wrong the first time and I didn't secure the cavern. I abandoned it without really thinking. Now, I went to pick it up again and I can't find Legionnaire Nazgrim. Anyone know where he is? Please help

So this happened to me, it might happen to anyone else and I read something on battle.net to fix it. Go to Org, then take the portal back to Vashj'ir and look for him again. He'll be there :)

Is anyone else having the problem of the boat disappearing? I see it coming, and the ramp comes out, but as soon as you step on the ramp, it disappears and I end up dropping into the water.

This has never happened before.

I'm really beginning to HATE Vash'jir.

The quest before this, the conclusion of the Visions questline was buggy as hell.

Now this.... First Nazgrim wouldn't spawn, i had to reload ui before he appeared on his boat.

Then, after boarding the submarine, going downstairs, and exploring the boat, it arrived in the cavern, didn't give me credit for securing the cavern, and kicked me out.

So, I abandon quest, return to the Stygian bounty, and....Nazgrim is gone again. reloading UI doesn't help this time.

its now taken me about 2 hours for 2 quests. Thanks blizz. This is about as bad as the conclusion of the old god questline in Twilight Highlands. TERRIBLE.

If your scripting is so bad that you require players to stand in specific places for specific times, MAKE THEM DO IT, don't allow them to move around. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR QUEST INSTRUCTS PLAYERS TO DO OTHER THINGS, like in the end of the visions questline!

This quest is incredibly annoying for how easy it is. I got to the Stygian Bounty, and Legionnaire Nazgrim was nowhere to be found. I stood around for a while, and when the Verne showed up, so did he. I picked up the quest, and like everyone else did not realize that I had to go inside the boat. Finished the first part of the quest, but not the second. I rode the seahorse back up to the surface, and got on the Verne again. This time, I went inside, but still did not receive credit for the second part of the quest. I abandoned the quest, rode the seahorse back up again, and again Legionnaire Nazgrim was nowhere to be found. I restarted WoW, but still couldn't find him. I had to restart my whole computer for him to show up, then finally completed this stupid quest. So annoying....

After trying 4 times, I decided to come here and see what was the problem... finally was able to do it easily...
1-Went inside the boat.
2-stood in front of the pool inside the boat (lower level)
3- didn't' move, just stood there until i was transported inside the cavern with the quest done.

Edit : I can only see the boat (sometimes) when i am on Stygian Bounty. When i try to board it just disappears. Pop.

As of today, Sub didn't show up. Waited for 15+ minutes with NPC's yelling every few seconds that the sub was about to arrive. Reloaded UI. Tried relogging--no success with either one. Finally, the sub randomly shows up. I walk onto it, was able to watch the entire scene (though the sub had water in it when I first entered, and half the NPC's down in the bottom were swimming after the water had drained... just... the swimming animation in mid-air).

This is the buggiest set of quests I have ever experienced in WoW. And that's going a ways, because we've had some doozies.

Someone write a SIMPLE pre-quest guide for this.. I'm almost done doing all of the quests in Shimmering Expansion and this "full circle" quest still haven't crossed my eyes, let alone the quest I'm trying to get. I HATE this new quest system of blizzards. Dammit, 5 hours of my life and still no result... gtfo :(

I was able to complete the first part of the quest by standing in the cabin, but not the "secure tenebrous cavern" part.

I swam a little past Ozumat, and noticed the Verne sitting there at the entrance (unsure if it was there the entire time, or another one had arrived.)

I swam near the Verne, trying to reboard it, and got quest complete, and the boat took Ozumat down. Must be a proximity thing.

Ok I have been messing with this quest for over an hour...I got credit for boarding the sub, but when it lets you out and says the creature escaped I am unable to turn in quest. Am I doing something wrong?

I abandoned this quest and headed back to The Stygian Bounty to pick it up again. Turns out the questgiver was only available when the Verne was docked at the boat.

It glitched on me in where it said I had boarded the ship, but not secured the cavern when I was in the cavern. I abandoned the quest and it was no longer offered. I had to telly to orgrimmar and then go back to where quest is offered and it was there.

I had a similar issue. Let me explain (skip code box for solution):

I took the quest that shoots you up to the surface, and then picked up the quest that brought me to the boat (Horde-Side) where I took the quest "Full Circle". The quest required me to wait for the boat named The Vern. I did, then I got on the boat, went inside the boat, went down 3 levels, walked around a bit, then went upstairs to find that the door that was locked.

I didn't hear any dialogue or anything, and suddenly I was ported to the shore in the cave next to a grey question mark, while my party members got the quest completion. So, purplexed, puzzled and pissed, I opened a ticket, saying WTF.

Finally I got the GM on the whisperphone, and I decided to drop the quest; he then ported me to the quest-giver, who ended up not being there, so he logged into my toon, did something (mysterious folks, GM's are), and I log back into my toon with the quest in my quest log, and a second shot at doing the quest right. The GM told me:

1) Get on Boat and go three levels down (being careful to note the water access in the middle) and don't move when you...
2) Find Captain "Jewels" Verne and stand right next to him (I sat next to him). DO NOT MOVE until the loading screen pops and you see a happy yellow question mark indicating your success.

You MUST complete the trip to get the Full Circle completetion, and for some reason, you need to be close to Jewels AND the loading screen must pop before you will get the completion on the second part of Full Circle.

IF you get off the boat, or for some reason do not complete the second portion of Full Circle, DO NOT DROP THE QUEST and get on the Flight Path, taking it to Legion's Rest. Get to the surface and from there you can fly to the boat and wait for the sub to come again. THIS TIME DO IT RIGHT!

Pointer: If you get on the boat, and the door is locked before entering the bow of the ship, sorry: you missed the boat. Getting on it will only cause agony for you.

From what I've gathered, it's sort of an interesting way to be bugged. I'm guessing the game wants your toon to actually WITNESS what happens (as in, the toon has to be looking out the only window of the thing when they begin to battle the squid). Either that or it wants you to "help" the Captain to secure the cavern ("help" at the console, even though you're not doing anything). I'm guessing that's a logical explanation of thinking when trying to think of how to get credit for this.

If you happen to get off, just wait (in the water by the cave entrance) for the sub to return. Once it does, enter it from the bottom (you'll notice a black circle under it). As long as you are inside before and during the attack on the squid you will get it.

The plank appears, but no sub...I'd heard that simply jumping off the plank would give credit for the "board the sub" part, but no such luck. SO buggy!

If you miss Securing the cavern, you can swim out of the entrance of the cavern, wait a few minutes and the Verne will show up again. Place yourself in the path of the Verne and it will drive into you, you will wind up in the cabin and will complete the quest appropriately.

It may take a few attempts, but it will work.

i've managed to miss the jump to the verne when it arrives and stood out of the cabin with the captain, had to go back and do it again, when you manage to stay inside the verne please go down to the pool and stay there, don't enter and don't do anything stupid.

When I initially got the quest, I had to wait like maybe 15 seconds for the boat to pull up. The door opens but I wasn't able to find a way into the cabin. There was nothing to click so the door may be open but I can't even go through it.

When you do the above method, you actually get to go inside the cabin of the sub and you see all these gnomes at work. The quest then automatically completes and ports you to your next quest.

I had a very hard time getting this to complete. Tried some of the comments here like getting back on the boat at the entrance which still didnt work. What worked for me: when the boat came back to the cavern and stopped outside I swam under it. I was not able to gain entrance this way but I swam up next to the Black spot under it that looks like an entrance (closed portal). The dialogue ran and quest completed.

I have failed many times in this quest, stranded in the cavern figuring how to get back on board the subs and finish the quest. Got on board eventually and went down to the lowest level but the game boot me out back to the cavern...no yellow question mark. Finally i got an idea, i swim back to the sea where the quest started. Behold that subs came, i go onboard and went down to the lowest level standing beside Captain Vern until it auto complete the quest. Got that yellow mark in the cavern to turn in the quest. Hope this helps.

Tried the getting in front of the sub thing, just got pushed out of the way several times. Finally succeeded just flying back to the starting point, getting on the sub, going below decks and waiting for the quest to complete. Definitely one of Blizzard's "most people won't go this far in this zone so we can pretend it works" quests.

As a Tauren, you can't travel down the ramp inside the submarine as your model is too large. I failed this the first time because I didn't know you could get to the lower levels. The second time I tried it, I jumped down to the lower level through a gap. You can't get back to the top once you do, though (not that you need to). Just make sure you do go down and wait near the captain until the quest completes.

I want to add this since I didn't see it it mentioned, and it really screwed this quest up for me, I had to repeatedly drop and re-acquire the quest because it caused glitches.

When the sub pulls up alongside the ship, it doesn't not look like you can go through the door. It just looks like a wall, like a false doorway. You have to actually step inside that small space just past the door, and then you can turn either right or left. The entry way and walkways are very narrow, it took me a good few minutes to realize it wasn't closed off and that I could walk down to the viewing windows.

The quest directions really could afford to be more clear, but it's not. If you don't get past the door before it closes, you will remain on the surface deck of the sub, and though it will take you to Darkbreak Cove, you will not be able to turn in the quest. You will end up on the dry beach inside the Cove, but you can't turn in the quest, and the sub and the sea monsters will continue to show over and over. It's a pain in the butt.

So please don't make the mistakes I did, save yourself a headache and frustration. Go through the door as soon as you get onto the sub even if looks like you can't.
