Droprate on the runestones seemed really low for me. It probably took about 30-40 kills to get the 7.

If you are wondering where it is - it's inside L'ghorek - once you enter the area and turn in the pre-req you will go all the way to the right or left to the very back side.

The Twilight Candidates also drop Twilight Cage Key which starts a quest to release the horde prisoners in the same area.

I got a better drop rate on the rune stones in here, but the whole area is still buggy w/ mobs freezing and 'evading' constantly. Oh well, I completed the two quests from the being & the release of the Alliance prisoners.

Guide to Vashj'ir Abyssal Depths Alliance quests:

The entire Vashj'ir line starts in Stormwind with Call of Duty.
The immediate pre-requisite to this chain is Full Circle from
Shimmering Expanse.

At any time, kill a Hellscream Seadog to get Claim Korthun's End.
