The cultists you need to kill are just south of Nethergarde Keep, many around a wrecked ballista.

Watch out–if you can't one-shot them (about 2700HP), they have a leap-at-you attack with very long range, and an explosion at the end. Watch out clothies!

I looted 2 off of a single mob so multiples in one drop are possible.

If you have issues with looting the items (the bodies sparkle but you cannot loot them), and the quest tracker shows nothing for the quest item to get, one of these two things will fix the issue:

1) Run the Repair program in your WoW folder.

2) Delete / rename your WTF folder.

I did both of these because I was having this issue with multiple quests (including this one) in Blasted Lands. When I started to move to Outlands and still had the same issue, I did those two things and one (or both) worked. I went back and did all the quests.

Every single one dropped 2 quest items me lol... and they werent stacked on the corpses.

go to 64,28 and follow arround the mountain to 61,32, and you meet lots of the Cultists.
Follow up go to cave arround 61,29.

If you can kill the mobs before they throw their focus to the ground and turn demon you'll get two drops. I found this to be easiest with the occultists.

I am not used to get 2quest items droped off 1mob :P Its nice to get a easy fast quest.

[You may have already run into some of the Shadowsworn cultists that dwell in the caves just to the southwest of Nethergarde. They do not impress an immediate danger upon our fortress, but I fear that they are planning something more dreadful than you can imagine.

The low-ranking members carry spell foci that might hold an answer. Bring some back to me intact, if you can wrench them from the cultists' hands.]
