As balas de canhão ficam em montes no chão e dentro das conchas gigantes. Matando os Guelblins também cai alguns. Para o barril de pólvora, basta você clicar nas balas que estão em sua bag com o botão direito do mouse.

Both Gilblins with a debuff that says that they are holding cannon balls and piles of cannon balls can be found near the ledge near Gurboggle's Ledge

I was at 136/160 when I came on here and it was a great help so I figured I'd add as well. While doing this quest I got 2 quest drops off of adds; "Waterlogged Journal" and "Lady La-la's Necklace." The Budd quests are fairly easy to do as well, hope this helps all those who are close to the achieve!

I see a lot of people just killing the hoarders and ignoring the piles of cannonballs nearby. You will finish the quest MUCH faster by using the piles of cannonballs. Hoarders drop maybe 1-4 cannonballs per kill, the piles usually yield 8-10.

If you can't find the quest giver, but you've completed the prereq's, wait where he'll show up. Sometimes the phasing stuff can take upwards of 30sec to change over.

I got the achievement with 137 quests completed but once I finished the quest chain with Budd I had completed 139.

Am I the only person bothered by the idea of collecting gunpowder from cannonballs?

I'd have thought Budd'd be much better off looking for shells...

The first two lines of the quest text might be a reference to the movie "Se7en", where the original dialogue goes:

I've been trying to figure something in my head, and maybe you can help me out, yeah? When a person is insane, as you clearly are, do you know that you're insane?

In order to get you must completePreparando o nosso lombo before accepting.
and are NOT needed to take and followups, however that would make you unable to get.
Colar da Lady La-La have 0% drop chance before done and 100% after, however anyone can share you this quest as long as you are 80+lvl.
Anyone can take and do it's followups as long as they are 80+lvl. Quests above are NOT needed for it.

For those who have Carbonite map and could not find the correct location because the Carb map was wrong, or if you just don't where to go for whatever reason, the location is 51.7, 52.1 in Kelp'thar Forest. The ones you want are sitting in giant pearls and what not.

i had a real hard time finding the cannon balls, so for other's who have a diff. time they are close to gurboggles ledge. hope this helps..

All this information is great and all for you pros to know but the average person questing and coming here for help has no idea what you are talking about so i will make it simple. the cannon balls are by some shells at 51,49. if you dont have coords then it will be somewhat difficult to find so you look for some open mouth clams approximately halfway up to the top of the water that you are swimming in. there will be some gilbin collectors in the area but the cannonballs are next to the clams. hope this helps as i needed it, that's why i came here only to find a bunch of information that didnt help me with the actual quest. this will. good luck

I think this quest is a reference to Joseph Heller's Catch 22. In it, the main character (a bombadier) tries to convince a doctor to send him home from war, his argument being that he is crazy. The doctor explains that he cannot be crazy, because he is aware of his insanity, and those who are truly insane do not know it. Just my IMO, but when reading the quest description that is what immediately came to mind.

Case in point, I coulda swore that I'd collected a barrel of gunpowder from the cannonballs around here, but it's nowhere ta be found.

I distinctly remember lifting the cannonballs from them Gilblins just west of here.
