He is in Horde Inn. While you are transformed into Blood Elf , the horde guards do not teleport you outside. Just go there and speak with Magister Hathorel and he will provide the blades. Simple quest

After completing this quest, the tabard (disguise) will vanish.

The Sunreaver Contact is located just before the staircase in the back of the inn facing the inside from the entrance.

Enter the Horde area. Down the ramp. Bear right. Enter the inn to the left. NPC is in the middle of the room.

I received this quest fairly recently. Was able to use a chopper to go into the Horde side with a few friends and we ended up having a, albiet miniature, party in the Horde inn. None of us were ported till about 5 minutes in, then it was literally impossible to get them back in again. Unsure why. Good innocent fun though. Especially as we always win WG =D

Sadly, the only NPC you can interact with while disguised is Magister Hathorel. The rest of the NPCs (such as the innkeeper, or the emblem vendors) are still red to you and cannot be talked to.

The portals to their cities doesn't work either (they are unclickable), and you still can't understand a word they're saying, whether it's Gutterspeak, Zandali or Orcish. It might be obvious, but it would have been fun if you were able to troll. :(

And on another note like Ensngre stated I also tried taking an Alliance Portal as well thinking I could run from IF to wherever with the disguise on...NOPE! Also tried taking a Mage Port to Theramore...NOPE! You can't take any ports at all as the disguise will be removed. Damn....And I thought I would have some fun with this thing. hehe Ah well. Looks like my hunter got the Quel'Delar, Ferocity of the Scorned as a reward. Upgrade from the HoR PoleArm Orca-Hunter's Harpoon.

I de-cloaked after talking to the magister and didn't get booted out, was able to stay there seemingly indefinitely, Stayed for maybe 7 or 8 minutes poking, slapping and laughing at all the horde than run past Untill i got bored and thought i would post here. Now to go finish this quest!

I'd rather keep hold of the disguise and wait for lv85 catalysm weapons =)

[I've placed an enchantment on the tabard that should allow you to slip past the Sunreaver Sanctuary's defenses for a short period of time. You should have enough time to find your way into The Filthy Animal and meet up with the Sunreaver contact there, one Magister Hathorel.

Obtain the copy of Ancient Dragonforged Blades that his men borrowed from Wyrmrest while your disguise holds, and return it to me.]
