You are only able to complete one of the three "ritual bond" quests.
So if you complete this quest you will not be able to accept Spirit of the Moonstalker or Spirit of the Thistle Bear.

The buff to speed from this does NOT stack with effects such as Pursuit of Justice. lvl 80s working on loremaster should take the moonstalker's blessing, for sure.

Spirit of the Moonstalker gives Blessing of the Moonstalker
Spirit of the Thistle Bear gives Blessing of the Thistle Bear
Spirit of the Stag gives Blessing of the Stag

The buff provided by the Stag increases movement speed by 10%, but does NOT stack with cat form druids, and likely not with any other movement increase talent.
