I just went to where I found all the Deserter Agitators and talked to the guards next to them and a roving pair of guards that happened to be walking by.

Very easy quest.

I got 3300 experience points, 35 silver and 250 Stormwind reputation for this!

If you acquire this quest but don't turn it in you can forever 'expose' the deserters, striking back at them and their eternally annoying suggestions about bringing back "the good old days" every time you pass through Theramore.

Quest is too easy!

All you have to do is talk to 6 Thearmore Guards. Give each one a moment for them to be to read the propaganda. You can talk to more than 1 @ a time! Quest literally takes 30 seconds.

As a matter of fact, the rewards for this quest are : 35 silver and 3300 XP :) Oh and btw, it's a very easy quest :)

There must be a glich in this quest today. I've been to every guard in Theramore, and they don't respond... anyone else had this problem?

Very easy quest. Just go to the main tower on the town at approx. and run around it going up to each Theramore Guard (they have different forms, some helmed some not but all named the same) often talking to the Deserters you saw in the first quest.

You have a quest item in your bag which you don't use as such simply talk to the guard, click on the white talk bubble and it starts the action. After about 5-10 seconds you get a confirmation of out of /6 until all six done then Completed. Just go around that tower, takes about 2 minutes (you don't need to wait by the npc just carry on to next once clicked the white talk bubble. They emote a dialogue and laugh) and back to Calia Hastings at to hand in.

Reward confimed as 3,3k xp, 35s and +250 rep with SW.

I've altered the leaflets you captured from the deserters' mercenary friends at the docks. Now, anyone who reads them will get an entirely different view of the deserters and their aims.

If we distribute these to enough of the guards, the deserters will be too embarrassed to ever reestablish their presence within our walls.
