You lose 24 stam, while gaining about 1 dps, a third of a percent of crit, and 10 hit rating.

Maybe for Fury Warriors who need the +hit, but as a 2H MS warrior, I think I'll stick with the choker.

This neck is the best pure DPS neck in the game for Fury warriors, period. If you can live without the stamina this is better than all other necks for pure DPS gain and is actually better than all current raid drops.

For MS this may also be very good, but mileage may very based on if you need the hit.

If you want something with stamina, the DPS neck from the Honor Token vendor in Shattrath is a close second for best neck game wide.

https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=27779 is better then this one. The only thing you loose is 15 critical strike rating.

You gain:

+ 19 Agility
+ 18 Stamina
3 more hitrating. ( 13 hitrating )

You loose:

- 15 critical strike rating
- 14 attack power.

But; the agility and the stamina make it up for such a terrific and easy to get necklace.

With WotLK, I'd prefer https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=32508#comments because of the two red sockets, which have become even more powerful. For my PvP'ing rogue, I added 2 x https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=41434. Add to this that the materials to craft this necklace have become very cheap on most servers. Summarized, I got:

+49 agility
+20 stamina
+3 hit rating (socket bonus)

The mats were somewhere around 15-20g total. The gems cost me 10g each. Certainly worth it.

Pure equip bonuses makes this neck a perfect dps/PvE piece for rogues as they just enter into level 70 PvE content.

great for huntarz. don't underestimate the value of +hit. +AP and +crit are great but not as effective if you miss occasionally. making sure you have the appropriate amount of +hit for the instance/raid you're doing guarantees you'll never miss.

But...never missing is one thing. Then there's dodging/parrying/blocking etc. lowering dps. So now we all somehow need to find a way to squash in some expertise rating i guess.

this thing doesnt need stats for dps dude because A: crit rating with hit rating is good If u can hit anything... and B: he increased AP will help u with the crit rating and if ur BM spec like me it will help u alot more
