Forgot to state that EU has way better benefits about taking time off.
I've always thought that the World First title should go to whichever guild kills it soonest after release in their region. Makes sense really
If US wins within 18 hour head start we're never going to hear the end of it.If EU wins despite the 18 hour head start we're never going to hear the end of it.
It is funny how the upsides have counter arguments in it. He forgot to mention how long there was an impossible boss in Uldir, how long Limit spent with bugs on blockades and how many fixes on Jaina were implemented while Limit progressed in it while Method's strat "fix" was reverted after complaining. "Cayna feels"
1 realm has 18hrs advantage over the second - howcome u call it a race with unfair conditions, both realms should start with progress at the same time - until then there is no race, simply as slap
Blizzard has stated several times that the world first race is a community thing and though they are excited to watch the race they don’t design or plan with it in mind.
Since Crucible last boss looks insanely hard I don't think we'll see an US world first despite the 18 hour head start for 2 bosses seems a lot.
The release Gap doesn't really play any advantage to NA over EU. I say this by referencing the hall of fame as proof. The EU are always #1 for both alliance and horde. with the horde ladder always filling up first. If you look at the rankings on the leader boards for the horde (which always fills the fastest by at least 3 weeks) in the top 25. 23 are EU or china regional guilds. Alliance on the other-hand is rather evenly split between all regions, but is still dominated by either china or EU.So to say that the release gap plays into any advantage to NA over EU is totally incorrect.
Is a week long mythic raid race even significant enough for any of this to matter?

This is so silly no one really gives a crap , make the game fun thats all people care about.
why don't release Raid content at the same time.
