that's assuming nothing major changed since beta raid testing
Just be aware these videos were made during early-mid beta and alot has changed since then. In the last month they changed quite a few things in Taloc, Mother, Fetid and Mythrax encounters. Vectis, Zek'voz and Zul is mostly correct if we get the same fight as in the last test.
Raid's not even out and guides already made.....and people wonder why WoW isn't fun anymore
Look at the title its obvious its NOT for the written guide no matter what ur blue post says
People lacks the "Read" skill these days :VThanks Perc, Fatboss and WoWHead for making my life easier to explain stuffs to guildies
Nowadays people like to complain about everything...FatBoss' guides are always the best out there. Extremely detailed and very well explained in user-friendly language, they have always been of great help to my guild on Heroic and Mythic, and the same should be true for everyone else who knows English: the only issues you should have with raid bosses after watching their videos or reading their guides come down to individual mistakes. Whoever thinks these are "drafts" has no clue about bosses or hasn't even bothered to read a single paragraph. The video guides are fine too to get an idea of how the fights work. Only MOTHER (laser walls) and Vectis (tank debuff and the way Omega Vector works) received mechanical changes since those videos were made, everything else is mostly the same. And FatBoss will make definitive video guides once the raid hits live anyway, just like they've always done.
Fatboss...does video guides u dont say the guys from Fatboss are doing a writen guide fpr Wowhead...who cares tho...all fake news anyway
Really happy about the written guides - thanks a lot for the work. Looking forward to prepare for the opening.Maybe i am just an 80ies child, but if I see (only) a YouTube video, I skip. Sure for a boss it’s very helpful to actually see the mechanics - but I find this attendence-seeking, not proper speaking, egocentric videos with 9minutes useless speech, long logo trailers und maybe 1 minute content quite exhausting. And this fits - I guess at least - for half of the wow videos on YouTube. So please continue with written guides and comments :)
Unpopular opinion (am I doing this right, gais?), but we need less super detailed guides excruciatingly dissecting each and every move from a boss and more simple guides. Stand here, drop @#$% there, stack up when boss does this.I've stopped watching the Fatboss videos for this reason. I'm sure there are people who love watching about the dozen skills a boss does, but if I am not a tank or a healer then I don't need to hear about most of them and it just muddles the guide.
