Opening part I said 'oh lord really.. I can go see this right now.. under Dalaran..' Held on.. got REALLY excited when the book case slid open - yes more of that.. One room. *sad* Dang. If Order Halls are just going to be another Ebon Hold where we pop over, set an enchantment (or whatever) and pop back. Then fine. If it is just another place for chat trolls to sit, spending their $14 to be obnoxious then would rather just scrap it and shove a single NPC in the main part of Dalaran and be done with it.
It would make more sense to not be in Dalaran altogether for rogues, after all; it's in the name 'rogue'. They keep to themselves, far away in shadows or in places you wouldn't expect them to be. A sewer is a place you'd expect something like Mad Max, or ninja turtles. If Rogues were all the way in Ravenholdt, it would add flavor to the class--because they're so damn far away doing WHO KNOWS WHAT.
While I am a fan of the idea of the Dalaran sewers (looking at the OH not as a clubhouse but as a forward base), I am disappointed that it looks like a Booty Bay West penthouse. And why no Deathstalkers?

I hope, for the love of all that is our class, this is a joke. It's poorly planned. Am I surprised it's in Dalaran Sewers, no. Did I expect more of a rogue feel to it, &*!@ YEA.
So when Blizzard announced that the Rogue order hall was the sewers, I didn't like the sound of it. However, I decided to reserve judgement until I got to see it. What I had hoped for, is a new section of the sewers that we have never seen before. Maybe an underground mansion, that has been bellow Dalaran this whole time. Something that Garona could have been using in secret to stay close to Khadgar. I mean, Order Halls are supposed to be these exclusive bastions where the best of the best have gathered to take on the Burning Legion, right? This is literally half of the current (WotLK) Dalaran sewers blocked off and extended for the Rogue order hall. If the Rogue specs are supposed to be Ninjas, Assassins, and Pirates; why are they in a sewer? I know pickpocket is a baseline move, but sewers are the trope location for thieves. And the reason they are in the sewers is because it gives easy access to the location in which they steal from and no one wants to go down there... not even them. The location doesn't feel exclusive as it was a previously public location in WotLK. So, not only has this location been unfavorable from the start, it feels lazy. Even though I'm sure a ton of time was spent trying to make the area new and fresh, considering the sewer assets were made over 8 years ago. As far as it feeling like a place where the best of the best have gathered... Besides that new room with all the Rogue leaders; the whole thing feels more like a Dalaran sewers expansion, where the scum of Azeroth have gathered, NOT a Rogue order hall. That can be fixed to an extent and I'm sure that's what the team is currently working on.The sad thing is, some of those new rooms have a ton of character and I love the idea of them being in the sewers. I hope they get used for a public space instead. Maybe make Madam Goya accessible to everyone and put other factions that are known to take part in illegal activity. Anyone who would offer services in order to profit of the apparent end times of the Legion plot. Personally I was hopping for a huge ship, in the sea or sky, somewhere near the Broken Isles. Commissioned by Ravenholdt so that it could have the same theme as his mansion, and still keep his mansion as is. The Outlaws (Pirates) could run the ship, Undercity/Shattered Hand Alchemists could be working on poisons (Assassins), and Shadowpan Ninjas could be working with SI:7 on combining ancient ways with technology for stealth(Sub).
Totally dissapointing. I first wanted to be ok with sewers idea, but what I see makes me say "Ravenholdt or Riot"!Blizzard said that there would be gold piles, but didn't say that those would be the only additions. Sorry Blizz, sewers is not really good :/
I was disappointed by the initial announcement, but willing to give the benefit of the doubt. We were told that this wouldn't be a sewer, but a proper hideout. It's still a sewer, and looks like it's barely been updated. Guess I won't be using my level 100 token to roll myself an Outlaw after all :( Rogue and Warrior were the only two classes I didn't have maxed out yet... and even though I think I'd have more fun with Outlaw than anything a Warrior's got to offer, given the choice between a sewer or hanging out with Oðinn in Valhalla, I'll take Valhalla, thanks.
LOL now they are going to be the only ones who can fish up the Giant Sewer Rat.Nice Order Hall Rogues! -.-
That Hall is a joke. Everyone has been there and it has no iconic ties to the Rogue class. Blizzard once again balls up majorly regarding rogues. You want a good idea for a hall? Here.
The worst part about this whole thing is I can think of at least a half dozen ways they could have made the sewers really, really awesome.
If you put sprinkles on !@#$, it is still *!@#, just with sprinkles on it. All we have for a class order hall is sewers with a few extra rooms. Or as I like to say $%^& with a few sprinklers on it. Feel like Blizzard have picked my pocket!
