I still think this is Removed to throw titles like "WORLD FIRST" to NA guilds, because of they are WORLD first only because of half day advantage in compare to EU, and technically they are not world too. It feels like they force this title only because this is the only way to be first at something.Having separated "firsts" in related time taken for killing a boss from reset time would be much better. e.g. NA guild took t_1 minues to kill Taloc since reset, EU took t_2 minues to kill Taloc since reset. Now compare t_1 and t_2 and make verdict on world firsts.
Unless Blizzard pushes another round of hotfixes, I'm not sure if Fetid will be killed anytime soon. Based on BDG's stream, the adds and the boss were way overtuned in HP. There was a 40% nerf around 8pm EST, which helped a lot, but BDG was still not able to kill all 3 adds in time. The best they got was being able to kill the 2 small adds, and got the big add (Mythic only whom has twice the health of the small adds) down to 10-20%. But that was with lust and every cooldown they had. I'm expecting Blizzard to nerf at least the HP of the adds by another 10-20%.
Absolutely no one cares about the first bosses. Only the last boss G'huun matters.
World First! based on staggered access to content is highly flawed unless access is world wide, like BfA release was.My vote would be for World First! based on relative access, too.
As a monk main since MOP, I hope this heavy prevalence of BRM doesn't lead to them getting nerfed. Not that I'm afraid of nerfs per se, but more that Blizzard sometimes does so with the grace of a sledgehammer, which could put us in a bad position.
