Dungeons and Raids
Mage Tower
Burning Crusade Classic
This game definitely needs more nerfs. It's so hard
Tune the Mage Tower, Feels like the HP pool is ridiculous on some encounters
Normal Anduin is way too difficult. Everything up to him is a face roll and then he's like a final boss in the middle of the raid. Can't speak for heroic or mythic but normal needs a nerf.
What?
maybe you need skill lol
You can actually do so much damage to N Anduin during the first intermission, that you get him to 10% before it ends. But it wont trigger the last phase, you still need to do all of phase 2 with anduin taking zero damage, and then the second intermission ends immediately and you begin phase 3. It doesn't feel set up correctly at all, pushing to 10% should immediately trigger P3 no matter where you're currently at.
thing is people still will not realize immunities remove circle's aura5 weeks in, i probed general and people were surprisedincluding some raid leaders trying to check who died too much instead of immunity castsand others repeating on loop to not use themits futile.... ;d
You will see how easy normal Anduin is once you get good at the game.
I'm a bit surprised by the continuous normal nerfing. Normally that's set once the raid's been out for a while. We (semi-hc guild) decided to focus a bit on normal first to get tier started, currently 11n/2hc, and last night we cleared the raid in ~2.5 hours. I think it's fine as is.Anduin is in fact a good example; on release, definitely too hard for the position in the raid. We managed, but the 5% nerf and small QoL changes were not a bad thing. Since then, he's been gutted. We now get him to about 30% in the first intermission, and as hc loot starts rolling in, 10% is not out of the question indeed.
Sooo, apparently ZM already is considered a dead zone by the developers?Or why did they stop fixing things for that zone?Well, I still "need" some 26k of Genesis Motes for protoform synthesis, this should only take annother couple of months of killing everything that moves in this cradle of life. The very least they could do is hotfix is to make Sandworn Relics stack to 5000 like the Genesis Motes.Or to show some real effort either make the Sandworn gear relevant by upping the itemlevel or bind-to-account.And if this is too much to ask for, mark that stuff as cosmetic.Next put a few Genesis Motes in all the chests plus let us purchase Genesis Motes with Cyphers of the First Ones. Then cut back a little on NPC scaling, especially for older zones.Increase the spawn rate of the rares, some are practically never up.Put back any incentive into the ZM daily quests, like gear with a little more itemlevel than 252 or an increased chance of upgrades, make at least sure that the daily quests do not reward base items, always have them at least one upgrade.Increase the drop-rate of Genesis Motes from 0.x to at least 1.x.Let the Mawsworn drop Genesis Motes, too. At least these guys are the enemy.Increase the droprate for the Strange Goop for the Aurelid Lure, or at least make the fishing skill count. And I am sure that anyone who is playing the zone can expand this list.
