Clean.
So let me get this straight. Rather than just disable World Buffs in raids like they plan to do for TBC, they decided to put the effort into A) Creating a brand new itemB) Coding said brand new item to snapshot world buffs and apply them when usedC) Place said item on an NPC to buyfor what reason exactly? It's like they got the part about dispel-griefing and raid logging and totally missed the fact the world buff meta is completely degenerate and not at all what happened in Vanilla despite them existing.
April fools
have instances remove world buffs, there fixed the problem. A @#$%^ can clean any raid with minimal effort, WB are just overkill
10 gp to save buffs. Not bad.
Title a bit messy?"How the Chronoboon Displacer To Preserve World Buffs Works in Classic Era PTR"How the Chronoboon Displacer Works To Preserve World Buffs Works in Classic Era PTRorHow To Use the Chronoboon Displacer To Preserve World Buffs Works in Classic Era PTR
Wouldn't the split between Burning Crusade and Classic Era happen in the prepatch? They can't do it after, because all of our talents, items, and spells change. Some of us will have new profession recipes added in TBC, or ones that existed in Vanilla but weren't made obtainable until TBC. That means this patch has to be before the prepatch, because the UI they added on the PTR specifically states "Classic will soon be split into separate games: Burning Crusade and Classic Era."
This is the most elaborate April fools joke they’ve ever done.
just in fcuking time.
You say that, but my screenshot from 2006 disagrees: http://burntpopcorn.net/images/wow/WoWScrnShot_082106_175420.jpg
This is why I hate Apil fools. It's close to the 1st of April, so I'm expecting this to be an elaborate prank.
Funny joke, happy April 1st everyone.
I like how Blizzard says
So much for #NoChanges. If this change is committed, Classic WoW is no longer the authentic time capsule it was meant to be.
