I love it all of them oke .. maybe warr looks weird
They all look awesome, kudos to the artist! I would love that mage trasmo!
I like this alot. Instead of remaking the sets, the kept the theme and idea from blizzard, but added a more vibrant color to them. All look wonderful
i get it Zeris morthis is like the blue print of everythingbut gosh look the official desings BORING af.
Give that man a medal.
"Redesign" is a BIG word for these little edits."Fan applies a lot of overlayed colors on Photoshop" is more accurate. ^^'Though, yeah, the official designs are indeed quite 'meh'. Certainly not going to look for them myself.
I actually like the normal one for Druid only because its so hard to get clean looking Druid armor - its all got leaves on it >.<
At the end of the day, one big flaw of all of this is that these sets look great on paper... but once applied in 3D to our characters which often have some pretty boring standing animations (like the human male with their feet almost parallel, compared to the Nightborne's standing animation) won't look anywhere close to the heroic poses of the characters in these concept arts. Then you have to deal with how some races will have bigger shoulderpads than others (eh, male orcs?)...Truth is, it's easy to make edits like this on such small little figures. I could do it too, it's not that hard. No medal to be given, there, IMHO. It's too late, now, more than a month after 9.2's release.BUT there is a point to be made that Blizzard dropped the ball, there, since we haven't had proper class sets since Legion, that their latest attempt at it is so bland.
With these colours I can finally tell which armor belongs to which class.
While I do agree the re-made "rainbow" concept art looks better, the reason why people dislike in-game sets isn't because they lack colors. Rather it's because they lack 3D-ness, for example the robes aren't made of 3 layers, instead it's just 1 layer cone like back in vanilla. Also this concept art uses only human body silhouettes, no tauren, worgen, troll or kul tiran etc.
While these are all neat and all in a vacuum, in context they make no sense. Each tier set should be somehow tied to the raid itself, themed around it. That's why the tier sets are white/gold/black in the first place; because those are the the primary colors of the creations made by the first ones so it makes sense that the tier sets, which are ultimately items made by the first ones, would reflect that.Like take the DH and warlock tier set recolors there for example. They are colored green because the recoloring themes them around fel. Not a single damn thing in the entire raid has anything to do with fel so why on earth would the tier set randomly be connected to fel?Again, the redesigns look cool and all, but the reason why Blizzard would have never put these in Sepulcher is simply because in terms of context of where the items came from and who made them, the sets make no sense whatsoever.
These are absolute FIRE omg.
I think the official ones are better. The edits lack cohesion and consistency with the themes of the Sepulcher.
Fire the current set designers. Hire this guy.I hated the tier sets in Bfa. They all pretty much look the same for all classes. Then they did the same in SL. Its kinda boring and lacking creativity.Look at the sets before that! Especially legion sets. Its like they fired someone who actually was an artist and replaced that one with a janitor who took an art class and didnt finish it.
million times better! amazing work..wish blizz would put in such effort
A little color goes a long way
