So, all the standard netdecks that take no skill or insight to play. Way to promote diversity and skill, blizzard! Also, who the hell thinks Patron isn't a control deck? It is the very definition of control. You control the board early, taking out threats while waiting for your 1 win condition to line up perfectly. It's the same as using Grom or a miracle rogue using old Leeroy: it's control 101.Seriously, I don't even care about esport or competitive hearthstone and I know more about this game than all the casters and fansite operators combined...
I kinda agree with GreySage, I mean in the sense that you see the same overused aggressive decks in ever tournament just because the Meta refuses to either slow down or has any room to change. Yes we did see rise to the Secret paladin but has some wiggle room compared to the other meta decks. Also the fact that these decks are always a staple in every tournament it gets old and stale really quick. Understandable that they either switch out a few cards or just go whole hog and stick with the regular deck format it's just getting stale with these sorts of "E-Sports" quality decks. For me I wouldn't mind seeing a Tournament that bans these sorts of decks. Make the high ranking players make new combos, new deck metas, just something to breeze in a fresh breeze into the meta so it can start to change.
