Blizzard
Hey all. As with each major patch that significantly changes class spells and abilities, we review tuning based on live data once it’s live, to look for any tuning issues that may have arisen. Based on that, we’re planning to make the following changes during the next weekly restarts in each region. We’ll continue to pay close attention to each spec’s performance as players progress through the Nighthold, and are ready to make further adjustments as necessary.

Demon Hunter
- Havoc
파멸, 칼춤, 혼돈의 회오리, 혼돈의 일격, 죽음의 휩쓸기, 악마 칼날, 악마의 이빨, 안광, 지옥 포화, 지옥 분출, 지옥 돌진, 일리다리의 격노, 탈태, and 글레이브 투척 damage reduced by 2%. - 지옥 특화 now grants 30 Fury (up from 25).

Hunter
Marksmanship - 조준 사격, 신비한 사격, 탄막, 검은 화살, 방출 사격, , 일제 사격, 저승까마귀, 관통 사격, 흑방울뱀, 연발 공격, and 바람폭발 damage increased by 8%.
Survival - 저미기, , 폭발 덫 direct damage, Flanking Strike, 살쾡이의 이빨, 랩터의 일격 damage increased by 7%.

Trinkets that deal single-target damage now deal 45% of normal damage (up from 40%). - Trinkets that deal multi-target damage now deal 35% of normal damage (up from 25%).

고통 now has its full chance to generate a Soul Shard on 영혼 인형 (up from a 55% of normal chance). - 재앙의 손아귀 now increases the damage of damage over time effects by 70% (down from 80%).
Demonology - 어둠의 화살 damage increased by 42%.
- damage increased by 42%, but its damage is now increased by 10% per active demon (down from 18%).
Warrior
Legendary Items 성기사 - 스레인의 사슬: Damage bonus reduced from 20% to 10%.
사제 - 대모 샤라즈의 유혹: Stacks of Voidform gained when entering Voidform reduced from 5 to 3.
- 젝스 공멸: Damage bonus increased from 25% to 100%.
도적 - 더스트워커의 발보호구: Energy needed per 1 second of CDR for Vendetta increased from 50 to 65.
Additionally, we’re planning to make some general changes to PvP balance, with the intent of lowering overall damage from a few overperforming specs and talents. Those exact changes have not yet been finalized, but we’ll share them as soon as we are able.
