Random enchantment purple items, we haven't seen those in a while.

Not sure yet if i fancy these <random enchant> items,

I mean it can take lots of kills before the one drops with the stats you need/want, making it a bit tedious in the process when you are that unlucky person never see it drop, except in guild chat when you where not able to make the raid in time.

On the other hand, certain people can not 'plan' their 'attendance' for that certain drop for that certain item with these holy stats he/she wants so badly.

But then again looking at the loot tables they could as it seems that this item is dropped by Nezir, that only seems to drop a lot of other belts.

Got this today stats for of the Earthshaker :

380 stam
232 str
160 hit
160 crit

Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.
