It wasn't to hard or to easy :$ I healed 3 times as a shammy, but I solo'd it at lvl 14 :) Gl guys, and I found him at 37.31 on the north coast near the murloc area

I soloed him as a 13 paladin, bubbled ounce and healed, I am a JC so i had a Stone statue to help heal me and i used 1 MINOR healing potion

So wow for some reason i am having some problems with finding this deathclaw... Im down by the murlocs and im running around but i have yet to see him.. what does he look like bc im lost ..... If i find him i will repost... thx

ok i found the deathclaw im gonna post a screen shot of what he looks like... he is up north of the Blood Watch.. He is down by the waterfall.. For those of u you who dont know he looks like a bear... very easy to beat...

Soloed as a level 14 draenei fire mage. Needed no potions (mana, health or otherwise), and I was in almost completely quest greens (aside from the few things I found that dropped). Buffed up prior to engaging with Arcane Intellect and Frost Armour. Frostbolt to start, then Fireball repeatedly until he closes to melee range (adding a Fire Blast in for damage). Frost Nova'd, then backed away and repeated. He was down to a tiny bit of health so I wanded him once and collected my loot.

No Deathclaw for me either along the whole, Murloc camp. Will have to hang around and hop he respawns :(.

Deathclaw is definitely a bear! He can be soloed as early as level 13 by certain classes. Had no real issues killing him with my paladin. He doesn't wander very far, so the coordinates listed above (37, 31) are quite useful. Stands out from the Elder Brown Bears that are also nearby. Is often walking near a lasher, so be careful not to pull an extra mob!

go north to the murloc camp, then head west. you will find him by the blood waterfall, easy done with lvl 17 shaman.

Deathclaw should be a mutated bear-lizard hybrid that stands on its hind legs imo.

I didn't know it was a bear and I couldn't find him, so I minimized wow and went on this, when I put wow back on again he was next to me dead (my pet probably killed him)

Soloed DeathClaw at lvl 11 Elemental Shammy.

Just keep healing yourself when less then 50% health and plant the totems. You will miss alot of your lightning bolts, but keep shooting and heal yourself.

The shield reward is one of the best tanking shieds obtainable up to level 15.
This one differs in that it's easily obtainable, while only other equal choice takes as long as half of the Redridge quests completed.

Go up to the sea and go west. He's down on that plain. 37, 30 but you can't get there from the foul pool area. You havce to take the road to the sea.

location very north, very west

just northeast of vector coil, ull see the river on the map, folow it to a valley, hes guarded by two elder bears.

wow this was some of the worst help ive seen for a quest.

on the map, between where the inlet of water at the north shore and the northern point of axxarien is where you will find deathclaw. he is roaming in that area to the left of axxarien. easy level 17 kill.

He Spawns Just Northwest of Axxarien at the bottom of the waterfall ... he looks like a bear.

By order of Harbinger Mikolaas: A bounty of 18 silver to be paid to the brave soul who returns with proof of the marauding bear Deathclaw's demise.

Deathclaw should be considered extremely dangerous and is responsible for the killing of a survey team on the coast to the northwest of Blood Watch. Travelers are advised to avoid the area.
