Safest way to get there is to follow the path east out of Astranaar, and after you cross the river and the path splits, take the southern path up until 67,73, when you'll see a path to your right heading towards Silverwing Outpost. Follow that path to reach Sentinel Farsong in Silverwing Grove at 61, 83.

There is no follow-up or other quests where this one ends.
Just a dead end at the wsg entrance.

Take the road that leads south/east from Astranaar, past Raynewood Retreat, past the road to Felwood, cross Falfarren river, and take the road on the right marked The Barrens. Straight after the first light on the right hand side, turn right, will take you past Silverwing outpost and onto Silverwing Grove, friendly guards all the way to Sentinel Farsong. Too easy (61-83)

***CORRECTION***

It is the far RIGHT outpost by the mountains if you are heading towards the BARRENS ENTRANCE in ashenvale. It is by where you turn in your WARSONG mark of honor.

Coordinates are correct.

This is a throwback to like 1.1 (or thereabouts) to show you where to enter WSG if you're alli. Of course nobody enters it here any more since all the capital cities have battlemasters. But, easy XP.

If you're new to the game and you decide to jump into a little WSG, please be aware that the 20-29 bracket will be full of twinks. So, those 29 hordies that are wtfowning you are usually wearing the best available gear for 29 with the highest level enchants available to them. Just a warning if you're 23, let's say, and you decide to give WSG a whirl from this portal.

This quest is a waste of time, I suggest you quit it if you're trying to do it.
It's a simple run for 500 exp, the amount of exp you can get from fighting 3 monsters. Just quit.

I did this at lvl 23 druid cat form

Sentinel Farsong is at (61.9,83.8) in Silverwing Grove, Ashenvale.

Off the main road through Ashenvale, look for the Barrens Road just east of the Falfarren River (67.1,71.4). Before you've taken a dozen steps on that road, you'll see a path to the right (67.1,73.7), and you'll see the Silverwing Outpost (64.8, 75.3). Take that path, and you will eventually find Silverwing Grove, that's where she can be found.

NOTE: Silverwing Grove is also the location of the Warsong Gulch Battlefield (61.7, 84.5).

I received only 500 XP for this at level 27, and it doesn't lead to any other quests. As many have already suggested, it's hardly worth the effort.

I just completed it as level 31, could have been completed in early 20s without issue. 410 exp, no rep.

Quested it at lvl 32. Got 310 xp and 11 rep.

Not the best, but helps me lvl.

Descrizione

The battle against the Warsong Lumber Camp isn't being waged from Forest Song alone, <name>. There's a more substantial Silverwing Sentinel presence at Silverwing Grove to the southwest, near the border with the Barrens. From the grove, Sentinel Farsong directs our efforts against those who would destroy our lands.

I'm a bit late in sending my latest report to Sentinel Farsong, but also hesitant to leave Forest Song unattended. If your travels take you near Silverwing Grove, would you deliver my report?
