The package is located 38, 55, which is right outside of the house, inside of a barn.

If you're around lvl 50, watch out for the undead mob inside of the barn.

Watch out for the Scarlet Crusade, a patrol of them comes pretty close to the barn and sometimes they'll chase after an undead mob and come close enough that you might aggro them as you come out, that and they tend to pull mobs into a crowd just to the left of the entrance as you're coming out.

The quest begins with Janice Felstone who is located in the house at Felstone Field (around 37,57) in Western Plaguelands.

She'll ramble on about a package and being stuck in this life. Once you accept the quest, head out to the barn located to the right of the house where you found Janice.

Fight the three mobs if necessary, but the parcel you need is on the floor immediately to the left as you enter the barn.

This is the part that is misleading. Click on the package once, go through the prompts, then click on the package yet again to pick it up for delivery to Undercity.

The guy you need to talk to is in the guild tabard section of Undercity on the left. He'll tell you that the package actually belongs to the roach vendor. See the roach vendor (Jeremiah Payson located under the stairs in UC) to complete this section of the quest.

If you so choose you can then pick up "Good Luck Charm" which leads to the quest"Two Halves Become One".

Easy enough, lots of stuff you have to kill, but as level 54 hunter I found it very easy. I wasn't so lucky as to just look around the corner and grab the package however, but managed to get out of there with the goods. Seems to lead to a series of quest, all pretty easy, especially with this site.

When you initially engage the ghost of Janice in conversation she says a variety of things including "Shhh... do you smell something?"

This is a reference to a line spoken by Dan Aykroyd in the original Ghostbusters movie (1984). At the beginning of the film as his character Ray is investigating a disturbance at the library with fellow Ghostbusters Peter and Egon, he says, "Listen... Do you smell something?"

This quest was even great as a level 59 warrior. I got 1550 XP for this part. 1550 XP for the next part in UC. 3050 XP for the next part in UC two steps away (cockroach guy). 1550 XP to return back to the girl. Then 5350 XP to kill the ghoul ten feet away and return to her. All in all I got about 14K XP and it took 20 minutes as a level 59 warrior. Very nice don't pass this quest line up!

After you have clicked on the package once and completed the quest you need to click on it again to get another quest that sends you to Undercity.

The crate (as mentioned above) is in the little crate near the entrance to the stables with lots of undeads inside. Once you finish the quest, click on the crate again to start another one that sends you to SW or UC depending on your faction.

The pack is inside the stable, behind the first wall, u will need to kill 3 undead to get it, after u finsih quest dont forget to take another quest from this pack, it will elad u to UC

Best effort<->xp quest ever! I did this with a 53 rogue and after finding the package (it is indeed at 39,55 in the stables) it's such a breeze. I completed it within 15 mins after reading the info on thottbot. Everyone around level 52-54 or even higher should absolutely do this quest if theyre grinding in wpl!

you guys say the cords are 38,55 which is good, but idk what city its in. Someone please tell me, for instance, "the crate is in silverpine" just an example, idk where but i got the quests, thanks!

you can loot the box from the hall without aggroing the 3 mobs inside the stable.

You don't have to fight the people in teh barn bystanding against the wall and scroling out and right clicking on the box (See the screenshot above i you don't understand) will apear tomorow

Aftet you have picked up the package the message tells you you have completed the quest...it is NOT over. Click on the package again 15 seconds later and you can pick it up.

Than head to the Census officer in SW (alliance obviously...but if Horde want to visit who is stopping them? :) in the city hall. Where the hell is city hall?

I followed the directions to go to the woman, then the barn. I got the pkg and the quest just ended. Says Better Late than Never completed.

Next go to the barn and get the package that is right behind the wall as you go into the barn.

Now in the alliance version she sends you to find her sister in Stormwind.

You go to City Hall in the Cathedral District of Stormwind and you will find a Stormwind Census taker. He babbles about the Emma mentioned on the package being a NPC called Ol'Emma in Stormwind.

Exit the Cathedral District through the NE gate and turn left (do not cross the canal). Ol' Emma is upstairs in the first building you can enter on your left.

Emma will give you half of the Good Luck Charm from the package and will send you back to her sister in Felstone.

The sister will say she wants you to find the other half of the charm which is dropped by the Jabbering Ghoul that spawns in the SE corner of the farm, close to the Scarlet Mobs.

Kill the ghoul, combine the halves and take them back to the the NPC that started the quest. Ta-Da! Reward is a +13 Shadow resist necklace

Shady#$%'s explanation is right on, but for the sake of completeness, here's the link for the next quest in chain: "Better Late Than Never".

By the way, when I opened the package, the message showed up that I completed the quest. Then, I had to click on the package again to get to the next part of the quest, which directed me to return to Janice Felstone.

Go back to the woman

Then head to the Undercity and talk to the Census Taker beside the guild tabard vendor

Then talk to the cockroach vendor under the bank

Then go back to the girl at the farm and she will tell you to kill the jabbering ghoul (lvl 54) at the farm - it wanders around and will drop the other charm half.

Click on one of the 2 halves in your inventory to combine the 2 parts. Give to the girl.

You get a resist necklace and about 16k exp for the whole quest line.

Really easy to do solo.

Same thing happened to me. Horde (demon soul)Picked up pkg. Said complete. Tried to go back and talk to here, still no go....is this a bad quest now?

I did this quest with Prove Your Hatred since I was in the area.

From Undercity, go east to the Bulwark. Continue east through the Western Plaguelands. You will find the house at Felstone Field which starts around 36,59--the house is on the NE side of the field.

Watch out for the Scarlet Hunters. They are around level 52-54 and will also be killing the undead in this field by the barn. I didn't have a problem with them, but they may try to kill you if you get close enough.

I went around the back end of the house, killing each undead as I got to it. You will hear Janice asking for help. Inside the house, there were a total of 3 undead and I was able to kill each one separately. There was also a trunk inside. Janice is upstairs at 38,54.

To turn in the quest, go back downstairs and over to the barn next door. There were only 2 undead in the barn, but they both came after me at the same time. It was a tough fight, but I won and turned in the quest at 38,55.

The ramblings of the ghostly woman indicated that she needed a package delivered. She claimed that it was where her horse was. As to where the horse is or where the package was to be delivered - the ghost remains incomprehensible.

"The package must be delivered... delivered before I'm trapped here!"

The cries of a panicked woman feel almost like a whisper floating through the house. Cowered in the upstairs corner is the apparition of a woman. She does not seem to be fully cognizant of her surroundings, and she is only vaguely aware of you.

"Are you here to deliver my package? Please, before it gets much worse! I was going to ride out of here. It should still be by my horse... or am I too late?"
