As of 4.3, the NPC that gives this quest is no longer in Dubra'jin to the northwest of Gundrak, but inside the instance. There is an NPC inside both entrances, so it doesn't matter which wing you start in.

Found a Bonesunder (73) @ 50.96, 58.91 or SE of Ruby Dragonshire right in the middle of the map, just below those two cracks and to the right of the top dot of those three dots. I believe drop rate is 100%. Check screenshots (may need to wait 72 from this post for it to show up)
