In 4.3 this quest is given by T'shu in Underbog. You do not need any prior reputation with Sporeggar to do these. Shrubberies are still obtained by normal means, as drops or looted from flowers through the dungeon.

I think the reputation gain has changed. My Goblin hunter was getting 750 rep for each turn in at friendly - became honored and turned in one more lot - received 750 rep.

I used this macro when turning in a bunch of these at level 85.

There's a small bug on this quest. When you loot a Sanguine Hibiscus, it will immediately state that you have 5/5 and are finished. However, if you return to T'shu, he will have a gold question mark (the finished quest ready to be turned in icon), but will not accept your Sanguine Hibiscus until you actually have 5 in your inventory.

This doesn't effect actually turning in the quest, only the quest notifications.
