The chest is inside the statue, kinda on the back, you have to fly up to it.

The quest turn-in chest is inside the torso cavity of the statue on the island next to Booty Bay; fly in the arm hole.
You receive all of the listed items when you turn in the quest.
All but the Black Ice can be sent to a bank alt to wear (or sold on the AH, etc.), as the Black Ice is a BOP ring.. but it vendors for 100g if you're not a RPer.
The crown and bracelets are both actually visible without inspection. The Golden Necklace, being sold for just 10.37g AND being invisible without inspection, is probably worth the least to most people.
By quick math, the quest rewards 165g 58s and 87c in items (if you sell it all). The 9g 40s from the quest itself brings the total to 174g 98s 87, or roughly 175g.

EDIT: Oh, yes, the Black Ice IS visible.. Just not in the model viewer/dressing room.

The left arm of the statue is missing. The stash is just inside the chest of the statue - go in where the left arm used to be.

One of the places you can teleport (with error) using The Last Relic of Argus is inside this statue. I'd seen the chests in there before, but didn't know that they would ever be used. After completing this quest, I teleported... and ended up on some island off of the Barrens. Fortunately it's a quick boat ride away!

The point is that if you were an RPer then you probably wouldn't vendor it in the first place.

Just to be clear about handing the quest in, you get ALL the quest reward items not just one.

This Statue Was once whole before Catta, Now Its banged up and has seaweed and Even Poles preventing it from toppling. I don't know Who the statues Based of but i think You see a few Smaller 1s like this that aren't Battered. I seen a pose like This but of a Human, As well as a undead 1 with skulls as well. This is the only 1 that can be Used as a room. Very Clever i say. Goblins, Thats all i gota say of em heh.

Back to The quest tho, gives you a few Items for bank alts as well as a ring 1 of few that can actually be seen at times in game. Each item is quite profitable, an any bank toon will want them. looks nice with a Tux and Cane. Will send another pic my guy with em on. I gota say tho. only 9g 40s out of that whole room? That is also a goblin rip off....lol. then again..the goods are quite sellable.
