Just to clarify, Craggle Wobbletop walks around the Canal District outside the trade district.

Don't get fooled by the quest-helper like I did.

He is not inside the engineering shop, he walks around with a mining cart in the drag very slowly so he is easy to find.

Just fly around in the drag spamming /target Blax and then mark him with a skull or something and you'll find him quickly.

Blax is NOT inside the drag with all the trainers - he's outside wandering between the orphanage and the alchemy trainers. Took me forever to figure that out!

If your kid starts running back and forth, like he's tripping on acid, simply click the flute twice.

Once to dismiss him and once to summon him again.

this quest is very simple and very cool

you must first find blax.
he is NOT in any shop he is just an npc who walks around pushing a cart. you can do /target blax in a macro and spam it until you find him. i found him by the orphanage, but he walks all over.

then you must buy the dragon kite 2 pack and go anywhere in org and right click.

your orphan and you will start flying kites

you will instantly get credit so you can turn it in.

you can do it multiple times without turning the quest in

[The other day, when some of us were out with the matron, I saw a goblin pushing a cart filled with toys. He had dolls, copper racers, leather balls, and some kites. I've always wanted to get a dragon kite and the matron said that if I saved all my money I could buy one, but that's going to be a long time.

I think the goblin's name was Blax Bottlerocket or something. If we can find him, could we get some kites and fly them together? I saw him pushing his cart around the Drag.]
