A copy of the final Dalaran Children's Week quest, Wolvar side, rewarding the Curmudgeon's Payoff... *edit* and now it lists 25 Magical Pet Biscuits as an alternative choice. I don't think I'll ever get that payoff *sniff*

I guess you would receive this quest if you already have the Curious Wolvar Pup but choose to repeat Kekek's questline instead of Roo's. As of the upcoming Children's Week 2012, some people will already have both companions from doing the questlines in 2010 (irregular first Northrend Children's Week) and 2011, so we might see this quest (or the Oracle one, respectively)

If you're searching your bags because you can't find the pet, it's because they mail it to you, not give it as a quest reward like they do for the other cities.

You, and Hemet Nesingwary, and Snowfall Glade pups all new best friends. Maybe sometime you bring Kekek that green hills book? Kekek promise to write sometimes, too, tell you how things go. Maybe even be nice to big-tongue kids sometimes.
