Brann will not show up for me in the spot in Vault of lights, I've tried running all around and still nothing. any help?

You have to turn the quest in before he opens the door for "The Vault of Lights."

When I tried to turn in this quest, even though Brann had a yellow ? over his head and I could see it on the map, I clicked on him and it said that I did not meet the requirements for that quest, and it disappeared from the screen and my quest log. I have a ticket in, but really expect little satisifaction. They should give me credit for completing it including my choice of reward and the coin. This quest was 107/108 and should have given me the Ach for quests in Uldum. I'll update this IF I get an answer to my query (ticket).

Reran the dungeon, only to indeed find Brann at the Vault of Light doors, but unable to select a reward hence unable to complete the Q :(

Upon completion of the dungeon, he was missing again <sighs>

I did this quest and according to the map, there was a yellow question mark above the vault of lights. I turned in the quest to meet him in the Hall Origination first. Then got this quest, not sure where to turn it in yet. Not sure what will happen if I go back in and run this Dungeon again.

Same issue here--my open ticket hasn't been answered yet.
Quest log shows 'Penetrating their Defenses' is complete. I completed the dungeon, killed all bosses, Brann never had another quest for me.
Redid the dungeon again, nothing.

When you first do this quest, most people skip Brann's sequence and just take the teleporter which is why I believe they are having issues getting the next quest. My companion and I did that on 4 of our characters before and had the "not eligible problem" then on another character we let the sequence finish out and we were able to get the next quest. Hope this helps because I know its frustrating. The sequence I'm referring to is right after the boss fight in the mini-boss elemental area and the fight with Anrahpet.

Same thing happened to me. did all the quests leading up to this one. Ran the dungeon. Killed all the bosses. After completion I ran around looking for Brann. Found him with no question mark, no joy, couldn't turn in the quest. Went to the hall of lights. There was the yellow question mark but no Brann. Looked and looked no joy. I'm filing a ticket on this too. The quest is marked complete and there is no way to turn it in. Annoying.

Me: "Because the Titans created Nozdormu and then asked him to look into the future and look for one really important figure in Azeroths history that they could just f#!k with. They chose you. Feel special."

The reason Brann does not show up is because he's the turn-in before you open the door to the vault of lights to fight the 4 mini bosses and the big Guardian dude. Make sure you are the one talking to him before someone opens the door and you will be able to turn in. After that, you can turn in the next part at the room behind the Guardian guy. Hope this helps!
