I found that Orkus is much more chatty than Dumass and Johnny Awesome, sometimes spamming me with paragraphs at a time. If you let him stick around for long enough, he'll let you in on some of his secrets.

Some things he says:

I found Kasha in Icecrown. She was injured and dying. I managed to carry her back to the Shadow Vault where the death knights helped nurse her back to health. We are now the best of friends.

if u have a glitched up computer like mine, its possible he'll randomly disappear after you complete this, just give him a minute though and hell re-spawn

Since he acts like a pet during this section, I tried just swimming back to shore to see if he'd follow me around and protect me while I did what should be corpse runs to get Halloween candy. Alas, he evaporated about halfway to shore, and didn't show up again till I was back on the island.
