These flowers are very hard to see, even with the "quest sparklies."

I've found them at the base of trees, around tree roots, and along the banks of the river.

The flowers blend into the terrain but shouldn't be too bad based on the sparklies. Look around tree bases.

The flowers can be tracked by herbalists.

The area where the flowers are have changed in the last patch and are now a bit to the northwest along the road to the Jaedenar Cultists.

And you have to turn in the quest to Andalar Shadevale at the top of the Jaedenar Cultists at entrance to Shadow Hold (same with Purity From Corruption).

Khenke is right. I started finding them around 39, 59. You now turn in the quest in Jaedenar with Andalar Shadevale at 36, 58.

Here is a trick that I learned from someone else. Go to your options menu and change the Environment: Ground clutter setting to Low. It will make them much easier to see. Don't forget to change it back.

I see only blue-white Rubik's cubes instead of flowers :-( Easy to spot them, though :-/

If you have Carbonite Addon don't go by the area it shows on the Carbonite map. Alt + M and look at the normal WOW map for the location. They are really easy to spot once you are in the correct area. LOL

Now to vacuum up the hair on the floor that I pulled out...

Also, if you have probs with Carbonite on this quest and Forces of Jaedenar, as far as where to turn them in. Coords are around 36, 58, not back where you picked them up. Which was where carb was taking me :P

If you grab the quest Forces of Jaedenar, you can do both quests at the same time as the Crying Violet are right there. :o) Rate it up please!

As of today 2-12-2012 these are found along the entrance road to Jaedenar, coordinates to entrance 41.6;57.2, and into the area where you kill the Jaedenar forces.

This quest should be done with Forces of Jaedenar.

They are both turned in to Andalar Shadevale at 36.36,58.26.

The NPC gives you Purity From Corruption and when you turn that in he gives The Demon Prince, The Inner Circle, Dousing the Flames of Protection.

Now enter Shadow Hold and continue the chain.

Twin Temptresses.
Shadow Lord Fel'dan.
Lord Banehollow.

Then exit through the portal.

Turn in Lord Banehollow, Dousing the Flames of Protection and The Inner Circle and you are then offered The Fate of Bloodvenom Post unless you have accepted A Slimy Situation previously.

We need only one more ingredient: Crying Violet, which grows in the hills near the enemy's stronghold to the northwest.

Gather the Crying Violet, then meet my assistant in the field. He will know what to do next.]
