You get an extra bar, like a pet-bar, but on the right side of your screen, not the left.
Just use their abilities on a random enemy and you've got the quest completed. :)

the +200% attack speed buff is really interesting (especially for warriors) https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/spell=87611. the dps (and rage generation) you get with it is insane

these guys are extremely bug:
-If you are a hunter/death knight/frost mage/ warlock you won't be able to use your pet with them around.
-I as a mage teleported to org from new kagrath and one of them kept following me even in org.
-If you keep clicking their skills some might work even tho they are on cooldown!

You may want to do some other quests around Badlands with <Bad dogs> helping you, before completing their quests. They look quite funny on their motorbikes :)

The bars for these guys will REPLACE your pet bar, so hopefully you don't need your pet.

The awesome part? When I mounted, so did they - on motorcycles! :P

If you do this quest with the three guys you can knock out some other quests their help....I.E. faster grind for some badlands quests, they auto attack whatever you pull so I was able to stack some skins and finish quests quickly... just an idea to turn this quest in later and grind some stuff first...good luck

This has got to be an homage to koopa shells (mario kart!). The trio of "Guardians" are green skinned orcs wearing nifty green turtle shell helmets. Ah nostalgia…

Click on the darkflight flameblade and not the npc themselves to use the fiery blast and the kidney punch. Works for both series of quest.

I was already in combat when I picked up the quests apparently because I got too close to the dragons fighting the grunts near Gorn while picking up his quest. The three mercenaries wouldn't move at all untilI got out of combat, then they suddenly appeared near me. They didn't even help even though one of the dragons even ran into the inn and attacked me right in front of them. They will help if you enter combat after you already have them accompanying you, though.

The grunts originally fighting the dragons in front of Gorn are the only ones who will normally aggro jon the dragons trying to invade New Kargath, as far as I can tell.

I'm Jurrix, the only merc here with half a brain. The only one with any bite to my attacks, too. The only reason I keep these meat shields around is to keep myself from getting killed.

Listen, you're the boss of this operation. You give the word, and I'll send a fireball right through your target's heart. If things start getting hectic, I can even warp time a bit so you can fit in a few extra attacks.
