Beeing a overachiever on my main,and working atm on Bloodsail rep on him,i came here with my dk wich is neutral with Steamwheedle Cartel to test if this quest would give any goblin or negative Bloodsail rep,i can confirm that this doesnt give any positive goblin rep and no negative Bloodsail rep.

Can not be on Pool of Tears even though the quest is obtainable at Lord Itharius before you head to Baba Bogbrew.

If you drop Pool of Tears you can pick up the breadcrumb quest as it does count towards Swamps of Sorrows Quests.

If you've already done pool of tears you won't be able to do this quest.

Did the Temple (dungeon) before doing any of the SoS quests. Sure enough Baba did not have this quest available, however, going to the top of the Temple, Lord Itharius had the quest Blessing of the Green Dragonflight which is the last quest in the Marshfin Madness quest line. Which then led me to the "To Marshtide Watch" quest with Joanna Blueheart, and "Assault on Stonard". I suspect I just left the dungeon (random queue) and never went out to talk with Lord Itharius.

[These serpents must be from the Temple of Atal'Hakkar. I already had a hint...

Not a few days ago, I had a visitor stop by and ask me to keep an eye out for such things. An elf by the name of Itharius. I'm sure he didn't think I could see through his form... he was a green dragon in disguise, come here to help his fallen brothers no doubt.

He may very well be on to something. Itharius left for the temple itself. Perhaps you'd better go look for him there. Dark things are afoot.]
