The quest text says to return to Light's Hope Chapel if either of the companions is slain (I accidentally got whacked by Garginox), but returning to LHC only gives me back one of the two (the dwarf). I even went all the way into the chapel itself, and none of the NPCs had an option to resurrect or otherwise bring back the other. I talked to every NPC I could find :/

Any ideas?

The big mob mentioned previously caused serious problems for me in this quest as even though I made sure to stay away from him he regularly came to where I was and wiped me out.

Then I got killed again after rezzing because there are so many mobs in the area. My "escorts" didn't appear after I rezzed and stealth was the only way I could get out of that mess.

When I got back to Light's Hope Chapel they returned and we fought our way back to finally complete the quest. I really had to face the big guy (or the direction I had last seen him) while killing the mobs so as to avoid him and get the job done.

I did this with a 42 enhancement shaman and got ganked by the giant also. Once I resurrected and got back to the area I watched his patrol pattern for a minute and realized that he patrols around the cauldron in the middle. So I focused on the mobs and dead skeletons just around the cauldron, keeping the cauldron between myself and the giant, and had no more problems from him.

To get more quests in the zone, I had to turn in this quest. The next quest at least for me was An Opportune Alliance and Argent Call: Northdale. Other players reported different quests depending where on Fiona's caravan quest chain you are.

This was the last quest in the chain that provided both pally companions, Gidwin and Tarenar / Tarenar, so they are lost when completing the quest. The companions attack mobs, cast pally buffs, and follow you only around the Light House chapel and Noxious Glade.

Another quest later gives back one pally companion, the quest Ix'lar the Underlord, so you can enjoy escorting him one last time in that part of the zone.

Descrizione

[Browman's Mill, to the north, is infested with undead. The Noxious Glade, even farther to the north, is even more heavily infested. Despite their proximity to our chapel, we have been unable to completely remove them.

Vigilance is key. Travel into the Noxious Vale and slay as many undead as you can find... and the cultists that roam among them.

While there, make sure to avoid Garginox, the flesh giant that roams the vale. I suspect you are not strong enough to defeat him.]
