You have to go ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP of the building, I about pulled my hair out running all over the place.

There is a spiral stairway up to the top that you must climb.

Anduin bugged when I flied directly into building, he refused to move anywhere. Resetting quest and asking him back in SW keep fixed this.

mines bugged but you dont have to reset the quest - just go to the keep and get a new prince...

Go to the top (third) level of the SI:7 building in Stormwind. Just bring Anduin there and he will go to the piece of furniture, talk for a moment, then he becomes the quest turn-in. You don't have to do, or click on, anything. After you turn-in He's Holding Out on Us accept the next quest in the chain, Expert Opinion, and run down to the second level to turn that one in.

Good thing is, you can use any mount, he'll use his and will keep following you, so you can just fly to the place :)

I still had a hard time finding the spiral staircase. It's on the second floor, it seems obvious to go straight but the staircase is on the right. It almost looks like you're going to walk off the floor...

This is bugged for me, frustratingly.

I get to the right spot and he goes through his act, but then the quest isn't completed. I've tried relogging, abandoning, getting a new anduin, and walking w/o flying to the place. Added a ticket...

You know what I think? I bet Samuelson knows more than he's letting on. He probably has a lead on Twilight's Hammer and wants all the credit and glory for himself.

We should peek through his records at the SI:7 headquarters. Take me there and I should be allowed to look at his files and find out what he really knows. ]
