There is no Margene, if you don't already have the FP for the Bulwark you have to hoof it.

as posted above, Margene is not there (NPC doesn't exist at all). I ticketed it just in case.

Also, it's not Blood Elf only, but avaiable for the whole horde.

for once, it actually isn't a quest text typo... Margene (Mahl-zyeen) is an archaic noun of Thalassian origin. It's meaning is a bit subtle for a direct english translation, as it describes a hyper-distinct quality that would be something like an amalgam of sincerity, brevity, clarity, confidence etc.... more/less.

as for the capitalization of the initial letter... that feature is entirely contextual and can be either upper or lowercase, depending on the social stature of the speaker in relation to that of the individual they're speaking to.

my guess is that, due to his having been yanked out of the loop for so long (what with the killedness and enslavedness and all), Koltira's fallen ever so slightly out of touch with how the kids are talkin' these days... i mean, when i read it i was all like "yeah, sure thing gramps. i'll get right on it... i'll just hop in the ole model T and make a quick stop by candlestick makers. then i just might pop into the town square movie house; i've really been itchin' to read that new Charlie Chaplin film-o-gram.. but after that: Bulwark city limits!.... yeah right! whatevs old timer, this is OUR TIME down here! eat my dust WOO HOO!" i was totally expecting the quest reward to be a Werther's Original that i didn't want... and then another one because i pretended to be excited about the first.
