Whenever I do this dungeon, everyone leaves after beating the boss, instead of helping to do this quest.

It's entirely possible that the quest does not show up again after the Shattering if you completed it pre-Cataclysm. I completed the escort long, long ago on my main, and it did not show up when I ran through RFK to him.

If Willix dies during the escort don't worry, you can find him back at his starting point.

I think Alfador is correct. Grinding the last 1.5k rep with Ratchett and went there in hope rather than expectation after reading the comments here - no luck, quest did not show for me either.

I found him about coordinates 33, 33. That's in the area of the dungeon you first hit taking a line south from the R of RAZORFEN on the map. The position I see marked on the map above is the end of the quest, next to the instance portal. It's a long way but fortunately he runs.

Willix is at 36.4, 31.6 as marked on this map. Just jump down after killing Charlga Razorflank and turning in (in the green area of the map), then go up and to the left a short distance.

I couldn't pick it up just now, though. :( Perhaps that's because I probably already did the old version on that character already. (I already had the Razorfen Kraul achievement.) Still, I could do all of the other current RFK quests this time. That character is already Exalted with Ratchet, which might be another possible reason, but I doubt that's it.

FWIW, in the old version the quest text said, "I caught wind that Mebok Mizzyrix was paying well for Blueleaf Tuber from this here pig pen," rather than "I caught wind that pig snouts were selling outrageously high in the market." Mebok used to offer Blueleaf Tubers, which had you collect Blueleaf Tubers in RFK, but it's no longer offered.
