When i fly to camp, there is 85 Trolls fighting with NPC and Lieutenant Doren is not here :(

If you're doing this at high level (85, like me) if you still have in your quest log you'll need to abandon it as you'll be phased and Lieutenant Doren won't be visible to you.

Captain Kurzen? Rebel soldiers setting up in a jungle setting? Is it just me or is there some Apocalypse Now reference here?
Haven't done this zone yet, but I'll be delighted if at any point some NPC announces "Charlie don't surf, son!"

1. This quest is offered by 2 different NPCs. In Duskwood near the Raven Hill Flight Point and alternatively in Ashenvale at Stardust Spire, also near the Flight Point.

2. If you turn in this quest and DO NOT accept the next quest, you still can go back to Stormwind and pick up Hero's Call: Northern Stranglethorn Vale.

3. I picked it up at 24... I was not able to pick it up at 20. I suspect 23 or 24 is the level this quest becomes available.

Descrizione

[Several years ago, Stormwind's Captain Kurzen brought a brigade into Stranglethorn Vale on a mission whose details are still murky. Kurzen swiftly descended into madness, as did his men... except for a few rebels who made it their mission to undo the evils that Kurzen had wrought.

As I said, that was years ago. I'm now hearing rumors that Kurzen is dead, but those rebels still persist at their rebellion. If you wish to investigate, you'll find them at a camp on Stranglethorn's northern border.]
