I can see the quest giver in Booty Bay..but he doesn't give a quest. Is there a prior quest to activate this one? I'm 49/50 of the Dustwallow Marsh Achievement.

Just a heads up, don't do like I did and complete part 3 of this series and assume you already did part one. Not sure where the glitch is at but you CAN complete A Shambling Threat prior to completing The Call of Kalimdor.
